via Pitchfork: For me KicK iii is the most incendiary entry in the kick universe. The album is a portal directly into the more manic, violently euphoric and aggressively psychedelic sound palettes in the series. So apparently that means kick iii is what ii was supposed to be, iv or v is like the self titled and the piano-only one is cancelled.
