  1. So, it's one of the between sessions tracks right? Like, HM but only due to recording date, not really meant for the album itself?
  2. Come With Me sounds like Paradise × Swan Song × LFL demo in my mind. Prove me right or wrong, leak it. Also, so is Cry Kill Die a LFL/post HM outtake then?
  3. UV × HM hybrid (2015) 1. Honeymoon (BBC version) 2. Ultraviolence (Final) 3. Music to Watch Boys To (UV sounding rock rework) 4. Terrence Loves You (BBC version) 5. God Knows I Tried (with The Good Life's gloomy production but more stripped back) 6. Is This Happiness 7. Dark City (Polished) 8. Freak (Polished demo with more electric guitar) 9. Cult Leader (Rework) 10. Say Yes To Heaven (James Ford with extra organ) 11. Beautiful People (Reworked 1st demo with dreamier production and spacey distant shoegaze like drowned but not too much vocals) 12. Salvatore (Final but with rock elements) 13. Your Girl (Polished stem edit version) 14. The Blackest Day (slightly retouched) 15. Yayo (Paradise version) 16. The Good Life
  4. I always felt like Religion and SYTH were very interchangeable in the tracklist, without breaking the cohesiveness of the whole like, the spot between Burnt Norton belongs to one song that's either one of them. I wouldn't place them together or in any other spot, that's why I was very specific with "interchangeable". Honeymoon's tracklist is so perfect imo that it's hard to make any changes, at least for me. It was released in its ultimate form. About SYTH being usually pictured as an ideal closer, which soundwise I kinda agree, I feel like it's too much a happy ending for an album like HM (I mean, Swan Song is basically about jumping off a cliff so...).
  5. Fingertips legit became one of my favorite songs of all time and I'm starving for more songs like it. Sally's Song from TNBC soundtrack sounds very similar. I'm looking for slow orchestral mainly tracks with not too low pitched vocals, ethereal operatic quality and also that feel a little loose in structure. Anything, I'm dying to hear more like this.

I randomly picked the Odelay album to listen to a couple weeks ago and fell in obsessive love with it. It's so unhinged and chaotic I somehow even related to. Like, this guy is awesome and I wasn't even a rap fan to start with. I love the random fusion moments and the melow country influences all over the record. Yesterday, I listened to his debut and also liked it (it's even crazier, loved Rowboat, but definitely prefer Odelay). Mellow Gold is next on my list. My favorite songs of his as of now are Rowboat, Hotwax, Sissyneck and Devil's Haircut. Is there any other fan in here?
  7. I'd fall down deaaad, I'm bereaved by youuuuuuuuuuuu #LeakParadise2023
  8. Only the HM final matters and nothing else. I just know that it's the best version.
  9. I just can't picture Fine China on LFL. Like, even in the witchy version, I have no idea on how that could be. It's an absolutely different vibe. Anyway, prove me wrong and leak it
  10. Style-wise, sounds too rock for her, but I've never heard AI vocals being this nuanced. Idk, it's strange. I wouldn't totally discard it tbh.
  11. I was reading the Tropico thread and I've got to thinking that I thought that it would be really cool to see you guys' own take on eras/albums that never were. Like, with tracklists, moodboards, album art or at least some aesthetic reference, title, things you would change on the songs to make them cohesive in the whole... everything. You can remake the ones we got or create new ones from scratch, you can use realeased or unreleased tracks, instrumentals/poems as interludes, whatever. Just feel free to do your best. I'll be posting my take on the dreamy spiritual 2013 album very soonish.
  12. Dgmw, I love the Tropico tracks, but I'm pretty much sure that UV would've always been the superior album either way. Like, it's a much stronger concept and sound direction. I wished she could've found a way to release the songs + the UV outtakes tho, in an EP or something.
  13. So... what songs are in fact HM and which ones are UV-HM and HM-LFL imbetweens
  14. Isn't anyone also 100% sure she reworked/considered Fine China for Honeymoon? I just can't picture it not happening. I mean, there are even LFL rumoured versions (which sounds pretty crazy for it being her happy album).
  15. So is Lust For Life (demo 1) a Honeymoon outtake?
  16. I had an idea earlier. We have a very low quality, unintentionally almost lofi version of the song. Why no give it a full lofi/ambient dreamy short album intro treatment with nature sounds, random movie samples a la 13 Beaches, overall remaster, shorgazy but not rocky sound like a Mazzy Star song produced by My Bloody Valentine and Beach House? I think it would be awesome and very fitting with LFL's early sound. I wish I knew how to remix songs.
  17. So what's the most updated tracker/list we have rn?
  18. @BlackoutZone so we had the HM version of Wild One all this time? Is mix 2 the final one?
  19. @BlackoutZone are there better produced/developed versions of Valley of the Dolls?
  20. I wonder if Fine China was ever considered for HM cause they share very similar vibes
  21. carry me to your place take me far away far enough to see gray clouds turn to waves in the ocean hold me like I'm your baby let's pretend for a day we are more than two kids making it through NY there's just no reason to run boy, you know what kills me so don't be afraid push me down so I feel safe I just can't relate being free to escape won't you color my world blue like you used to do I am yours to play night gets colder as I try to feel good and smile catch me by the waves my soul's yours to take
