yes, this is what i mean. I dont see the point of making this EP and even if its just "for fun" i dont even see the appeal of "fun" and reason to be "fun" (or be "slutty" in this case). Even for someone like cupcakKe - as nasty, sexual as she can be (that imo one of the most extreme artists ive ever heard), i still see the point of why cupcakKe making these songs & their value plus they are super fun to listen to. In Kim's case, she's trying too hard to be a "slut".

and the way she marketing her EP is kind of ... off for me tho... Like okay, she wants to express her slutty side, sexuality and stuff but at the same time... her "slut" propaganda is kind of concerning for me... like does she think this is what women should be represented? Don't get me wrong, i dont know how to explain this concept into words but if any of you guyes heard "Das Me" by Brooke Candy (or just Brooke Candy in general), you'll probably know what i mean - there's just very different vibe in a way she reclaim the "slut" thing into a female liberation, meanwhile Kim is... i dont know about that... it's giving me Demi Lovato posting the "girls - be a slut" on ig story.

yep, it might be mediocre (worst song compared to other 3 singles) but it still has that Charli's very secret spice - that bopping quality goes with it.

This is very true, i mean, her hyperpop era was her giving her best to prove that "hey i'm not just some random chick who has dipped in a few pop songs that y'all saw on the charts, i am the moment that pop culture couldnt ask for more" - She doesn't have anything to prove with this genre anymore, she's an artist & she changes, she grows, she needs to conquer a new high to expand her artistry wise & enrich her catalogue. I've been following her career since her tumblr days and i gotta say, she is one of the artists out there who gives you DIVERSITY & quality. Really sad at the fact that there's so many of her stans (mostly post Vroom Vroom era) dont get it & whining & bitching everyday about anything she does. Yes, you dont have to like everything she puts out but stay respectful is the best way that u can show her your genuine love & valid appreciation she deserves. And also, it's sad that some of the hyperpop stans literally lack of recognition of the works she did before Vroom Vroom, even went as far as trashing them (my poor baby SUCKER didnt deserve the hate).

ikr, like i can't describe it - but she gives off that feeling that is "hey, this is where i am right now, i been thru alot but i made it" - it shows there's growth within her pressence, and it somehow inspires me to enjoy my life & growing everyday even how tough it can be. I love her so much, seeing her inspires me to do something with my life.
