i think there are so many other tweets in that reply section, she just simply clicked on "reply" on that tweet, and it just automatically tagged the username. it happened to me when i was fighting with someone in a reply section sometimes. But ended up @-ing the upper account instead of the account i was fighting with.
or... like i said, that twitter account had some history of being a troll (like some of y'all here were saying above), they just had it coming.
But the way they post those memes and stuff along with their tweet, you cant tell they weren't shady undertone lol lets be honest here

and come to think of it. She is such a genuine person, like, we've been with her FOR YEARS, we know she is always so grateful for her fans. She served us  countless quality and timeless art.
and what have we've done to her? we dragged her for no reason, be cause she doesnt make the type music y'all want to hear & we even have someone leaked her XCXworld album, literally hacked her google drive with >>> 200songs online for free. She had to cancelled that era.

Honestly I understand where you’re coming from about internalized homophobia. It triggers me when people use “twinks” and “gays” in negative generalizing ways lol. HOWEVER, in this case, I definitely think it should be discussed. A lot of people seem to think gay men can’t be misogynistic, and that is just not the case. The way a lot of gay male fans will always pit female artists against each other and drag them and act as if they’re their personal dolls should be called out. I feel like it gets swept under the rug and is definitely a trend that should be discussed.

It’s not that serious, there are a lot of gay men and girls stereotypically who use women in pop as props to boost their topics in life by being bitchy on Twitter. Of course I’m sure there are straight men etc who do this aswell.

girl. it's just her persona for this era. Whats so hard to comprehend? It's not supposed to be "succesful" on the charts like taylor swift. It's supposed to make you feel like you're listening to a mainstream generic popstar. 
She made < 3 minutes songs on purpose, if that's not clear enough. It's kinda like Gaga's Artpop where she said "DO NOT buy Gaga's new album" and all that stuff, this era is her being a hollywood typical popstar, satirically
