Happy 6th Birthday Cry Baby, to an album that has raised almost everyone here. Every song on the album is built in such a strong way and is very personal. Mrs. Potato Head is still one of the best pop songs of the generation and I wish Melanie well on her next few albums! We love you Melanie.

I'm still not sure how and why we have Melanie's cover of Strawberry Fields Forever... it's so haunting and we honestly don't deserve it and I wish it never leaked. It doesn't deserve to be heard ?.

Melanie didn't want to make it seem like she was trying to profit off of the rape accusations. That's why it's only on SoundCloud, I don't think she's gaining any money from it.

Soap is her best song forever, but still, Cry Baby as an album is amazing. It's just strange hearing her other stuff that cannot top it at all. Also I find it unbelievable how basically each track on Cry Baby was made a hit that's certified Gold, even bonus tracks. Like what the heck. How. 
 
By the way, is there any particular reason why Piggyback isn't available on Spotify? Ik it was just a diss track but still, I really like it.

Also according to SoundCloud copyright, the snippets of "Bubble Boy" are actually Bubble Boy. I don't know how to attach an image here but it gets taken down as Bubble Boy. Many people have said it's MM3, but I guess it's Cry Baby and tbh it doesn't even sound MM3.

I still can’t get over the fact she made Soap; such a great song that sounds nothing like the rest of Cry Baby (not good or bad because the album as a whole is immaculate but Soap is just so fresh)

I know, but I'm sure the majority of people on this thread have listened to them. What I mean is that I'm fine with waiting a while for a new release from her since we already got so much material during the wait. I'm confident that the album is gonna be great anyways.

I want bops, not forced songs for a movie. 

But leaks are UNAUTHORISED ways to get songs eye-  
I think it would be decently possible that the album could be out next year, but it's true I'd like a *new* era from hers. All of the rumours about the medieval thing and stuff got me really intrigued tbh

Honestly I love Mel but this whole movie every album now thing is getting old, like you're only hurting yourself sis
