Making a collab just to increase your own "success" is like selling your soul and Lana herself would probably never do something like that (and she doesn't need it). But it's true that both have a very similar style at the moment, which fits or could fit well together.

A few more details I remember: the release was after or during a bigger music event (maybe awards), but Lana wasn't invited.
