I almost wish they had duetted the song instead. But rather than giving Lana a verse and having her harmonise on the chorus I would have loved a little back and forth between the two.

Ok, I love Lana's cover of it but Mr Tillman ate it up too so let's not pretend otherwise.

One of my sources (who is working directly on the record) has told me the following: - Lana explores the 1990s German techno scene and Alex C is involved (cover of Doktorspiele possible) - She decided to put on a fake German accent (see Lady Gaga's Scheisse) - Some of the topic she dives into lyrically are paddle boarding, surfboarding and waterboarding - We are talking 20 tracks, not a single one over 2 min long (she loves TikTok)

I haven't heard this one yet but that's cool that she did! I guess it all makes sense now. I love the second part of the song it's probably how it was written originally. I haven't been keeping up with Polish music since I moved out 9 years ago and now I see what I've been missing out on

(source: Wikipedia) I have known about sanah for some time now but only listened to her music last week and what I heard was absolutely stunning. She sings in Polish but I believe you can still enjoy her music because it is very well produced and extremely atmospheric (also, look up her translated lyrics you lazy bums!). Some of her songs give off Lana vibes but I am not sure if she is influenced by her. Here are my favourites so far!

Ok, here's what I think would be a great setlist: 1. Video Games (1st verse + chorus ending on 'now you do' with the 'do' part being looped and fading away to transition into...) 2. Doin' Time (1st verse + chorus ending on 'it gets harder' - then a pause and then the next track starts...) 3. Summertime Sadness (intro with strings, 1st verse, chorus and then the bridge which is where the song ends with 'I'm gonna drive'. 4. Ride (only the first chorus and an acoustic version) 5. Music To Watch Boys To (only the intro of it which will transition into...) 6. Thunder (verse, chorus, bridge and the final chorus so that it ends with a bang) 7. The Greatest ( basically the whole thing up until and including 'the culture is lit and I had a ball I guess that I'm burned out after all' but with an outro being electric guitars doing some crazy solo that will close the whole show)

Same! I used to listen to Strange Trails on my way to work for weeks. I remember my confusion with Love Like Ghosts, The Night We Met and Meet Me in the Woods sounding suspiciously similar to each other until I learned it's basically the same story told from 3 different perspectives. And their latest album is so good!

Lord Huron is an American indie rock band based in Los Angeles.
