I really liked the new songs added to Mercurial World Deluxe!! “All You Do” being my favorite (“I live for that moment, die when it’s over, so hold me like you should”) I did not enjoy the added “secrets” between tracks because it interrupts the incredible song transitions from the original version of MW MagBay livestreams on YouTube on Mondays and they are very friendly and charming. It’s cool to see how they make their music and music videos.

Off To The Races

The first track “First High” immediately reminded me of Lana lyrically! The next 3 tracks as well, but probably because I tend to compare everything to Lana lyrics or references, and these two are friends after all Overall a very enjoyable album!

I remember feeling sooo self-conscious of myself in jr high, esp in jeans. Do they hide my muffin top while also lifting my butt while also being the perfect length? (the Holy Grail of jeans) OR shopping for jeans in the month of August often feels like the ritual back-to-school shopping lol. "is this the year that i can convince my Mom to let me shop at Buckle for Lucky Brand jeans?!"
