  1. You’ll need to email, some won’t allow you to cancel. I’d ordered from vinilo and they said I could only cancel 14 days from when I placed the preorder luckily my mam had also preorder the green indie vinyl from a different store, they allowed her to cancel.. so I will give her my preorder instead that I couldn’t cancel
  2. The delay means that I’m now on call and can’t have a little drink when the album is released!! if it were released tomorrow I could have, will just have to drown my sorrows instead and imagine what it will sound like
  3. You’ve just made me realise that when I’ve cancelled my original white press to get the “super fan” bundle, that I’ll likely get a repress I didn’t think, will try and not let it bother me haha! sucks about the picture disk, only saving grace is that previous eras picture disks don’t seem to sky rocket in value- most of them can be bought at retail price after
  4. I love how the lyrics in Paris, Texas and Margaret parallel eachother, I just can’t wait to listen to this album!!
  5. I love this.. and I may be the same one day.. money permitting haha! As of now I try and only get one of each artwork and the picture disks. I only have the heavy hitters to pick up now, which I have to put money aside for, once I’ve got those, I’ll probably start on the different pressings.. much to my husbands dismay
  6. Have you used the contact function on their website? If you put the order number in where it asks for it and just ask them to cancel the order in the text box they usually get back within 24 hours. Their working hours are Mon-Fri 9-5 though. I cancelled an order last Friday after closing time and they emailed me on Monday or maybe Tuesday confirming cancellation
  7. I just wish the festivals were more accessible I’m happy she’s performing again, but it’s painful knowing that she’s performing and I still won’t be able to see her
  8. The festivals are cool and all.. but is this making it more or less likely for a world tour
  9. Well I just got a notification from assai records to say they’ve shipped my order, fairly certain it’s a misunderstanding as the order was on for collection (for some reason), so I had to email them to say I needed it to be shipped and then I paid the shipping fee though it would be hilarious if this mix up caused them to just ship the record now
  10. Hold out hope we’re getting a tour and that’s official tour merch
  11. Looking on my shop app (after getting notification ldrvillage has shipped) and my assai record has been put down as collection in Scotland.. a 4 hour drive.. I’m hoping they can change it to delivery Or I guess I’ll have to make a major detour on my trip from Glasgow in June
  12. Lana may as well just surprise drop this album now, seen as though there’s not an ounce of promo for it anyway
  13. Tbf they were asked if they had it, they didn’t just come on here teasing everyone that they did
  14. Yes I could get with the cardigan and bows from the album cover as falling in to the coquette kind of theme, but I think coquette is too narrow of an aesthetic overall for the album. For some reason I don’t see the aesthetic as so dainty- probably just because the songs are raw and aggressive in a way.
  15. Definitely don’t see the aesthetic being coquette.. most likely 60s, from the album cover inspiration, her photoshoot with W, the way she styled herself for the billboard women in music.. and definitely sonically.. the backing singers etc really chime in to that old soul sound. Even the shimmy shimmy koko bop reference I definitely see her bringing out the vintage dresses again
  16. It does hurt knowing we could’ve been just a few days away from streaming the album.. makes the last few week run down draaaaaag
  17. Very true- I never bought the chemtrails one but I think much of the same. I by chance happened to be online when the assai one dropped for ocean blvd, so I bought it.. and funnily enough it worked out cheaper than the indie preorder, so it actually saved money to cancel preorder for it. But buying it after at high price, I don’t think would be worth it.. though it’s a nice to have for a collector I suppose
  18. Really I think 19 would’ve been an even better age to listen to BTD! My stepdaughters 9 and will listen to Lana off her own back she said she didn’t like A&W because she’s no idea what lanas saying.. I’m thinking.. probably for the best
