  1. Oh wow. This was beautifully articulated. Let me try to listen to it with a different perspective tbh.
  2. I actually like the OUT OF THE BLACK and INTO THE BLU-UE parts. I played it over my car speakers and it actually got so loud it like enveloped my car, but it was magical because I was driving towards a sunset (because... Blue = Happy, light, etc. for Lana but also means sadness so )
  3. Lana, the queen of Adidas Also https://www.pscp.tv/w/1yNGamEPzdrGj This is live right?
  4. I mean, when his own mother is like "this is the best thing you've ever done" to a project that isn't even his, I totally get it Lana alluded to it too though, but I can't remember where she said it.

    Song vs. Song

    Born To Die vs Heroin
  6. If she called me, I wouldn't know what to say I'd probably just ask if she's read any good books lately Or maybe question her about the lyrics in Get Free or if she is ever coming to the Midwest
  7. She doesn't follow me on twitter and I'm an instagram newbie, So I just did one of the stupidest thing ever and posted my number, but I really don't care, I'm desparate Inb4 all the identity fraud in the world
  8. I don't think it'll be anything, but I might need to move to California if I ever plan on seeing Lana live if she keeps announcing Cali shows
  9. Her team is a mess for just now trying to get sales. They (including Lana) should've done more promo if they wanted that #1 spot Oh well
  10. Wow, AMAZING interpretations. This song keeps hitting me, its def. top tier on the album, like top 3 or top 2 with Get Free. Lyrical masterpiece too. I get the sense that this could've been on UV. I actually think the "ohhhhhhhh"s are perfect how they are and totally make that moment euphoric for me. This bridge + outro are just electric to me... I want her to perform it live and just fucking lose it
  11. The shade. I actually used UV and HM to help me calm down and fall asleep when my insomnia was at its heights from 2014-2015. It's beautifully atmospheric and serves many purposes
  12. Mess at them offering autographs for the US and shipping them a whole month later Inb4 we get some clearly-not-Lana autographs I'm not getting my signed CD, Vinyl, TARGET EDITION, or Box Set until August-September-October and I'm pissed
  13. Wtf, how? I thought they weren't shipping until August? Are you from the UK or the US?
  14. E: White Mustang, When The World Was At War We Kept Dancing I: Tomorrow Never Came
  15. Eliminate: White Mustang Immunity: God Bless America How dare you guys try to elim GBA, its top 5
  16. I hope some day Lana feels free enough to write those kind of revealing things and leave them on the record
  17. I think those are all good songs individually, but in the context of the album, I'd rather get on to Coachella and beyond once I hit white mustang (I dont hate Coachella anymore, and find it really important in the overall tracklisting) Not in the album though, Summer Bummer & Groupie Love are fine to me. I bop to both. IMF is just kinda underwhelming to me. It's a bop, but i just dont like that its on the record lol.
  18. Mess, Cherry is a highlight on the record, he probably just hates the "bitch" and "fuck" tbh.

Sigh... I hate things like this tbh... I just want The album
  20. For LFL, I wouldve just wanted a more concrete and less flexible concept and visual, it clearly changed a few times, which is why - as decently cohesive as the album is sonically, the first half seems much less important to me compared to what she said in interviews back in February to like May about the theme of the record. I would've had 3 more acoustic songs rather than Summer Bummer, Groupie Love, and In My Feelings. I think Cherry, WM, and 13 Beaches fit quite nicely on the record even if I'm not a huge fan of White Mustang. I don't have a problem with a flexible concept in general, but I feel like what was originally talked around or alluded to seemed just a bit more interesting than what we got. And I could be totally wrong, some of this is just conjecture, but I def. think a more folksy-acoustic, 60s Shangri-Las, Joan Baez inspired record would've been more cohesive then some summery bops and then the remnants of that idea. I think Coachella's creation however was bound to happen, regardless of the leaks and push up of Love because she was inspired by an event she was certainly going to go to either way. If anything, maybe the production would've been different though. In the tracklisting, it fits very well where it does sonically, even though to me It just feels weird as a light-trap inspired groove instead of an acoustic/folky mid tempo.. Maybe the production was what would make the most sense on the record at that point? Again, total conjecture here. I don't mind if I'm wrong.
