Don't get me wrong I do like the bonus tracks, especially alice of the upper class, but i kinda get why they didnt make standard cut. also letter to god tracks are the most important and crucial parts of the album tbf. i love how all of them share the repition of "dear god i dont wanna be sick" and then "please god you've gotta be sick" is one of the most intense moments on the entire record for sure

the review was about everything except the music. it was pure yap trash. also anthony fantano gave this album a 1 and said "boohoo you have cancer? get over it". his "review" was equally as bad as pitchfork's if not worse and entirely mean spirited for no reason. its so weird to me that anyone who says "this album is bad" just happens to have a negative bias against halsey and actually don't care about the music that much. but anyway stream the great impersonator

crest is top tier bladee. red light is super underrated and one of his best projects too. 333 is similar in vein to crest but different in sound but both records are spiritually based after he got struck by lightning in 2019. cold visions was one of two albums he dropped this year and defo one of his most hardest projects to date, the production is more distorted and rougher and then the other project was a collaboration album with yung lean called Pyskos, a more alt rock project. icedancer is often considered his best album by drainers but i disagree even tho its a good album, not a good starting point tho. if you want that trashy autotune cloud rap from the early 2010s then gluee is what many people favour, tho it's often acclaimed as his worst album in terms of quality. in conclusion i would start on crest and then go to 333 and his other 2020 release Good Luck (drainer's say its one of his weakest albums when it's actually top tier) and the deluxe has a charli xcx feature on the remix of the album's 5th track Drama.

im obsessed with this album, way better than igor as i found that album kinda mid compared to the hype and acclaim it gets ngl. tyler really delivered some serious quality
