just watched the interview of lana talking about how the room was silent when she announced lasso, and now she doesn't really know what she's going to do. i wish she would know that those people don't represent (most) of her fans even if people do want her next album to deviate from her recent folksy/country style, it wouldn't be authentic to her to switch genres for an album four years in the making. i hope she puts out something that she wants to create, not a project she thinks will please people

i'm very excited to see if she has any more guests it deviates from the overused setlist and gives us fun little surprises. like who was expecting jelly roll to show up -
my (very cheap ) coachella inspired fit for next month! the boots are soo sparkly in person lol. feels very sabrina carpenter

longing for the peace and quiet that was the red tv era. will we ever return
-
thiss. i don't really care who started it (although the hypocrisy in some of billie's comments have been funny), she's just too big to be picking fights with other people over chart success. it sucks that she feels the need to do this. she swears she don't the drama but she does

does this mean brooklyn baby is coming back to the setlist in all seriousness i loved that little interview. her talking about how the "waters are warmer" in the industry now more than ever makes my heart happy

What has Lana done for you and how has she changed you?
Augustine replied to Divisive Princess's topic in Lana Thoughts
as stupid as it sounds, lana's old "trailer park party girl" aesthetic made me come to love life without fancy things. i never had a lot of money growing up, just enough to be comfortable and fed (which is retrospect is more than enough.) as a child i always longed for the life of my friends who went on annual summer vacations and had the newest phones. when i was discovering lana i quickly fell in love with her portrayal of her, for lack of a better term, less luxurious lifestyle and how she turned it into something to be proud of. ride also helped change my perspective. as long as i can find my "home" and have the open road, life will always be okay. -
it's really not no one should have to be ashamed of the things they love just because others think it's uncool. i know you think it's funny but stuff like this really gets irritating after a while, especially when it's in a thread that's dedicated to said artist.

i guess it doesn't help that i'm constantly surrounded by people who make it their life's mission to make sure nobody thinks they like taylor swift. very true that she is still generally beloved, but it almost feels like we're returning to that period in her early career when it was almost shameful to say you like her music. i haven't gone on twitter in months, so i can't imagine what it's like on there right now
-
are we not kinda there already it really is just her and her fans against the world right now. everyone else seems to be a raging cynic when it comes to her or her music
-
are you kidding me, that IS lizzy grant
-
thank you! anyone who is looking for a ticket, i am selling one for $150 in grandstand 15. please message me if you're interested!
-
so i bought an extra ticket to see if a friend wanted to come with but she cannot make it to boston next month. would like to sell it for face value (including the fees), possibly to someone on here looking, but the tickets seem to be non-transferable. it there anyway around this? would hate for it to go to waste when i see real fans who are looking for tickets
-
i originally heard her say "did you really beat me up" in down bad like oh we're actually giving him criminal charges okay
-
is this man's cover really just a photo of him with parmesan cheese?
-
now that i listen to it again i can definitely hear the similarities. it was my favorite song by melanie when i was younger so no wonder i grew up to be a lana fan, her sound has always been hypnotic for me but agree it's kinda stupid to call it a carbon copy of lana's music
-
i'm so glad my show was a year ago because i would be absolutely devastated right now if i found out she was playing all of my favorites from the anthology without me
-
bittersweet tragedy sounds nothing like summertime sadness?? literally. but her other eras/creation processes have each taken at least three years to conclude so that's what i'm prepared for

anyone got any pictures of the merch stands? i know it's probably a lot of the same stuff as other festival dates but i forgot the prices of those and want to plan for next month -
literally, it's so funny was looking at a video of dua lipa's newest drop and at least twenty comments on there were referencing taylor. do they not get tired?
