  1. Dying man = Jesus "The stars fade from your eyes" / "Love lying in the sand" - it's a juxtaposition of the millions of grains of sand and far away planets (stars) God has created "Do I know Ray has gone to meet you?" - She's playfully telling God, her boyfriend has went away to meet him "One two, make it fun, don't trust anyone..." Psalm 118:8 - It is better to take refuge in the Lord than to trust in man. The last part of the Kill Kill is also a double negative equating to a positive. You cannot kill God; God's dead. But from what I understand her producer influenced her changing the title. I think it was originally Florida Dark or something. (LOL... I hope that isn't "unreleased" information.)
  2. Besides Alaska do you guys think there is any USA state Lana hasn't been too? I think between touring and her time in the South she has been everywhere besides Alaska. What do you guys think? I googled her name and North Dakota and nothing popped up so I am curious if fans here would know from her earlier days. I know she's vacationed in Hawaii as well. If she's been to every state that's really impressive.
  3. I used to think Kill Kill was about her being with an older man before understanding it's a song about her relationship with God.
  4. I think Lana's privacy involves not trying to figure that out at all. .
  5. That girl is not over that man to be still singing about him like that.
  6. Nothing. I love the French. Wow!!! I had no idea they cancelled a show for the biggest singer! I definitely think Lana's show will be cancelled... Very sad for the Parisian fans.

It was something like Miss Fucking... Maybe someone can pull up the photo because I don't remember which page it was posted.
  8. Maybe she just went to the closest "trendy" shop in the Netherlands.
  9. She giving the the New Zealanders the performance of a life time on July 4th definitely speaks volumes. I don't think Lana realizes how ridiculous they look.
  10. Quick, someone figure out a way to "cancel" the dancers.
  11. What drug are the dancers are? There's no chance she approves this shit.
  12. When I hear the "I'm so me Corinthians" version - .
  13. OMG... the Dumb and Dumber photo had me bursting out in laughter. . I'm positive if a fan "confirmed" Lana was black or Latina they would believe it. I want to see a magic trick and someone "confirm" the other two missing titles.
  14. Fans have speculated and drawn fictitious conclusions throughout the years of Lana's career. It is nothing new objectively and not alien to me. This particular discussion I guess you could say I was looking for value in fool's gold. As Crazy Husband Stealer stated, the facts are "on the table". Tropico is just another fan speculation not so ironically based a literal scribbled piece of paper. Fans can come to their own conclusions but nothing is a fact as suggested here. Or I mean, you can also believe Shopping List was the early project for Honeymoon, I guess. It's a free country.
  15. Right? Especially the last letter not fitting common lower case letters. Also I'm sure the other is Yes To Heaven. The first letter is clearly a Y.
  16. Glad to see there are some other level headed members here. I thought the Canadian smoke was making people go a little bit looney. Like, I knew I took my meds. Honestly though the "I speculate therefore" mode of thinking is so ridiculous... it might just be useful if applied more often in my life. Going to send you a follow after this. Hugs and kisses Crazy Husband Stealer. .
  17. Wow, this thread is such a cool time capsule. The "newer" fans can see speculation has always existed, even if it's very far from the truth.
  18. Eyes Wide Shut is also a really cool film. I'm not usually into many films like that but that one is pretty awesome - it's set in NYC. I have been looking for similar films. Another film like that I enjoyed was a film called Requiem For A Dream starring Jared Leto in NYC too.
  19. I am a huge fan of the SAW and Sinister franchises. I look forward to the next SAW movie. Films don't really impress me much, but I thought this documentary about the 1992 LA Riots was really interesting. The documentary is 100% recorded footage from the day it all went down, no analysts or interviews. Moderators please do not give me a warning point, it is a National Geographic documentary. If you want me to take it down I will take down the post, thank you. https://youtu.be/uaotkHlHJwo
  20. Not too album related but as another user pointed out she spent time in Spain in a boarding school - this could be where she learned to speak Spanish and French. Now I am curious looking at the thread post, how involved exactly Lana's dad was in making Lana Del Rey. To have had a functioning website at 20 years old in 2006 would've proven a difficult task. Also I thought Trash Magic was just called "Trash"?
