The most important thing to me is the production and writing, always writing over production though. I cannot deem it as a good song if the writing is bad, and sometimes the writing can save the songs bad production....not rlly the other way around though(for me at least)

I didn't know she said that....I wonder if that means we will have more upbeat style stuff this time around? We got another taste of that on Tunnel, and it hasn't totally evaporated in NFR-BB either. This might be another new era of music like how NFR was kind of the start of something new- but then again it might be awhile until we have another career shift that significant.

In terms of Song of the year though- I wouldn't mind if Taylor won, even though I would rather have Lana win. Taylor has been snubbed time and time again for this category, which is crazy considering her music is all about the songwriting.

I'll honestly be really upset if Tunnel doesn't win. Even though NFR! is a better constructed album, I feel like Tunnel is a close second in terms of public appeal(maybe?). I also don't 100% think that Taylor Swift will win, but she is at a new peak in her career, even bigger than 1989, so who knows how much that will sway the grammys for album of the year. SZA also has a good shot at winning as well.

This is one of my all time favorite Lana songs, The melody is so good and the lyrics make me feel connected to her on a different level than some of her others.

I wonder if this is about her to an extent, or if she is telling the story of someone else(or possibly a mix).

Songs like these off of Sirens really make me wonder about this specific time in her life, they seem so sad and lost. This is one of the more clear examples, more straight forward.

I think this is some of her best vocals from this era! I wonder if she thought about this song while writing For K Pt.2, kind of a stretch but it might have been in the back of her mind.

I think this type of music would fit her now, and would sound very good with her improved vocals. Most lyrics in these songs aren't bad at all, and certain songs are highlights in her career(to me at least). If she ever does an unreleased compilation, I would hope that she would include some of these songs (though at the same time I want them to be my not so secret, secret <3).
