Yeah, I agree. I feel like the latest albums she's done, while they are brilliant, they don't pull me in as much as her earlier albums do. I think it's because Lana has always been the queen of aesthetics and making her music encapsulate that. But on her recent projects, that magic has been lost, or at least dimmed down. I don't know why, but I have hopes that this album will bring her back to that magic, sonically and lyrically -

I don't know if I want features on this album, but since it's going to be country, I'm pretty sure it'll be country artists on her album. So, what artists to you guys want as features? If any, I'm thinking, Holly Macve, Zach Bryan, Rob Grant (her dad ofc), and Luke Combs wouldn't be a bad feature either. -

I need this album to sound like Helana Deland's album 'Goodnight Summerland' IMAGINE THE GUITAR AND THE AMBIENCE AND THE DARK MELODIES -

The exception of her dancers on stage is if this album has cunty beats and production...which I don't think it will, so they better be OFF the stage -

Lana to release new song "Henry, Come On" with Luke Laird - LEAD SINGLE
somber replied to Elle's topic in New Releases
My predictions: Debut: 2.5M I think it'll be popular in country music, but I don't see it going past 120M streams on Spotify. PURELY based on the snippet we got... never know if this song has relatable lyrics or ungodly melodies that will be on social media and such. -

I did some "deciphering" with Lana's caption about the album announcement. So, we know it's going to be 13 tracks, so probably no interludes on the album like she's been doing for Ocean Blvd and Blue Banisters. But if there will be an interlude, it'll probably be one like The Trio interlude on BB or Burton Norton interlude like on Honeymoon. The MAIN producers on the album will be Luke Laird, Jack, Zachary Dawes, and Drew Erickson. Zach is a really good producer, and even country songs, he makes them more vibrant. He did that with Lana's songs, and even Holly Macve's songs. But Lana said that those four men she worked with AMONGST OTHERS. So, there could be other small producers that will be working on a few tracks on the album. Or simply she meant mixers, or her managers. She also said there with be a FEW songs coming BEFORE Stagecoach. Stagecoach is a country music event after Coachella. So, it's likely she'll perform songs that are from her upcoming album there. She said a few, so probably three singles, like she typically does. Stagecoach is in April between 25-27. Therefore, she'll drop three singles before April 25th. We know that 'Henry' or 'Henry, Come On' will be the lead single off this album. She could drop the lead single in December, second single in February, and the last single in April. With the UK and Ireland shows, that most likely starts the beginning of her tour for this era. Looks like she's doing an actual tour instead of festivals but correct me if I'm wrong. Those stadiums show will be after her album drops in June. The album will drop May 21st, one month after Stagecoach, and one month before the UK and Ireland shows. Looks like she's dropping the same month as Doja Cat, which I am very excited about. I don't know if there will be features on this album. We got a decent number of features on Ocean Blvd, actual features--not sample features. Jon Batiste, The Bleachers, Tommy Gensis, and Father John Misty. I don't see her doing features on this album, but if she does, either she'll do country features, which will be more likely. Or she might be experimental with pop features. We could assume this album will be southern gothic, or a darker tone sonically, as she has mentioned in previous interviews for 'Lasso,' but something is telling me it'll be lighter. The vibe of the hopefully temporary album cover gives off lighter vibes. Spring if you may. Not southern gothic. I do hope she experiments with sounds still like on Ocean Blvd. But most likely, this album will be a traditional alternative country album with a few dark twists and lighter twists in songs. THAT'S MY INFORMATION! -

Either Henry Come On will be a guitar ballad or it will explode into a country twang song. Either way IM HUNGRY -

With this cover album we got, I'm thinking this album will be more laid back. Especially with Drew, Luke, and Jack on production. Drew did some pretty good songs on BB and OB, so I don't expect it to be super laid back. But I hope we have some upbeat country songs. -

So I am guessing that this is Lasso but she changed the name to The Right Person Will Stay!! With 13 tracks, that's good, I kind of want a smaller Lana album after Blue Banisters and Ocean Blvd. I don't mind the cover album but it's probably going to change. AND NEW SINGLES BEFORE STAGECOACH. So Henry Come On is going to be on there, possibly the song she previewed at Fenway Park, and another one I hope!!! -

I never been the biggest fan of Chemtrails besides the title track and Yosemite. But now that it's getting colder, and the leaves are falling, and skies are brighter...I'm falling in love with Chemtrails. It's the perfect album for a walk tbh
