-
Young Turks confirmed that it isn't Fuck though it'll be that vinyl song we never get a proper rip of
-
Well, the boxset of course. Oh snap thanks! Ordered it there too~ Can't wait for the art prints if they're all from this shoot. The cover alone is so good.
-
But not all the ones she promised #JusticeForI'mNotAlright
-
How have we gotten fuckin Rock Me Stable and Because of You before the Big Bad Wolf demo?!
-
I just called to cancel it and internally "yasssssssssssss"d when I heard "Hi this is Cody" ty Cody *runs to order French boxset*
-
Still toying with it but this actually sounds pretty great and makes this volume a little more appealing to listen to, at least for me.
-
A bonus track will be available with the boxset on her store (which is unlinkable)

Bugs Don't Buzz - Majical Cloudz

Nope. It's always been like this. So we as a fanbase can go ahead and get over it.
-
mte I'm happy for her but it's not like she's about to revolutionize radio and make a song like Breaking Up take off or anything
-
How many fuckin vehicles has this bitch crashed
-
I wouldn't be surprised if she wrote AFFA with Barrie--we'll never know~ This track is so great! Best production yet, and Lizzy's reemergence is fuckin me UP. The verses are way unexpected and lovely too.

I almost listened to the BB snippet to satisfy myself just a bit but discovered these snippets are down...God doesn't want me to spoil anything. But bring on the leak though
-
Ugh I'm trying to #riseabove the snippet life and you tell me Old Money is Methamphetamines?!?!?!
-
Okay so "Narco-swing" section: 1. Cruel World 2. Ultraviolence 3. Shades of Cool 4. Brooklyn Baby 5. West Coast 6. Sad Girl 7. Pretty When You Cry But it gets tricky here. Maybe... Ballads: 8. Money Power Glory 9. FMWUTTT 10. Old Money 11. The Other Woman Speeding up: All the bonus tracks?!?

Ugh what an adult I remember trying to defend So Legit by saying it was never supposed to be heard but this...
-
Why was I the only one singing her lyrics at her concert last night? They're not that hard to decipher. Maybe not the only one but I was in the minority. There was this guy in front who was really cracking me up though, he kept dancing with one hand over his heart like a Backstreet Boy and doing these "ooh gurl" motions with his other hand and just generally feeling like hot shit and it was too much for me. I'd just be mid jam and he'd be over there getting it and it was so distracting lmao

Really? I know lots of people were afraid of this right when WC came out and we knew she only had one producer, but the songs we've heard from actually sound pretty different imo. Going from orchestral ghostly sounds in Ultraviolence to jazzy psychedelic sanging in SOC to acoustic and bubbly in Brooklyn Baby to atmospheric and guitar-driven in West Coast...Dare I say it, I think she's delivering something similar to AKA in that it will all be very cohesive and evocative of a uniform feeling, but with differences between each song. Not to mention "stripped and sexy" is also a defining feature of that album, though this one will certainly be darker. See guys, we don't have to be afraid of only one producer. Just remember AKA.

WC, SOC, UV, BB - your favorite single? [updated]
Sitar replied to Sebastian's topic in Lana Thoughts
Ultraviolence is my favorite but I kinda recognize that West Coast is the better song. And Shades of Cool is also really fantastic.
