Lana Del Rey took to Twitter tonight to officially confirm her new short film titled Tropico. Thanks to paparazzi and a brief tease from Lana herself at a concert in Europe, we've known of the existence of this film for quite some time. However, Lana has broken her silence and decided to give us all deliverance by posting this new poster for the film and following it up with, "TROPICO - a 30 minute film coming to a city near your. Premier dates coming soon. Lots of Love, Lana Del Rey.", perhaps suggesting that the project is at last complete. The film will serve as an extended music video for three songs from her latest release, "Body Electric", "Gods & Monsters", and "Bel Air". It is directed by Anthony Mandler ("National Anthem", "Ride") and co-stars Shaun Ross.
