Wait idk what to do

Oh definitely I'm happy there's at least two Lone tracks on BWET, it really suits her. Oh and guys! Zedd's re-release is coming out in August, so it seems pretty likely that Azealia's song with Ellie Goulding is on that, rather than her album. Album cover tbh

It's good if Marina stans don't go. It's very bad if they do I'll be brandishing my all-ages crowd elbows...

LANALYSIS: Relating Songs To Known/Assumed Relationships
Sitar replied to Sitar's topic in Lana Thoughts
Yeah, some Jimmy songs are easily transferred to Arthur and Reeve, I suppose...She defined "homie hopper", for sure However, there are a select few songs that definitely are about Jimmy, anyway. - "Jimmy Gnecco" already represents a kind of school-girl crush, if you think about it. - "Hundred Dollar Bill" is likely about her reading too far into minimal interactions that she had with Jimmy. She figures that him treating her negatively is his way of expressing mutual affection. I didn't say it was healthy - "You're Gonna Love Me" not only name-drops Jim, but definitely comes across a little more obsessive than actually in love. You're gonna love me, I'm gonna make you. - "Yayo", as David Kahne said, is about a stranger sweeping her off her feet and taking her away from her dark trailer park life. The similarities to Jimmy still stand, with the snake tattoo and the link on his Facebook. - "Is It Wrong?" has now moved from basic local rockstar to a definite Jimmy song, with Stalking you has sort of become like my occupation. Existing problems: - Who was the small-time celebrity that she met in self-help? The subject of "Pawn Shop Blues"... - Is it totally nuts that they might have had an affair in the D-A-R-K that he chooses to ignore now? -
Then what better to fill the bottom of your list?

1. Tennis Court 2. Bravado 3. The Love Club 4. Swingin' Party 5. Piece of Mind 6. Royals 7. Mama Do 8. Use Somebody 9. Biting Down 10. Million Dollar Bills Great catalog so far. "Tennis Court" is my favorite song that she's written so far and the fact that it was the lead single has me excited about this album daily. I figured if I can include "Swingin' Party", I can also include her acoustic covers, which I personally love. Her voice has retained such quality from an early age and these are a cute little reminder, thus ranking higher than two originals. I love "Biting Down" and the only real skip for me is "Million Dollar Bills"--I can't wait until we have more songs so I feel less guilty about that. Stop snubbing "Piece of Mind"!

Casual fan speaking! Is This It is such a good album full of memories for me. I've always meant to get into their later albums but found it low on my priority list... I don't know how you couldn't have given "Trying Your Luck" as a sampler, though! That's one of my favorites. Also love "Modern Girls & Old Fashioned Men", "What Ever Happened?", and "Ask Me Anything" from other releases, although that probably reads as an amateur list of popular songs.

I don't think I'd even want to join...I like all my stanning needs in one location. I only stray for Gaga because she's like the plague here

I'm locking this on its release date

Jazz hymns are currently being recorded on their own album and you will see Godga bringing the resurgence of the jazz age this holiday season Jay-Z tried And then you will be simultaneously returning to ARTPOP to get your life from the electronics

1. Oh, for Christ's sake, what are you doing listening to her old songs? I mean, playing the 1991 EP on repeat is advisable, and Fantasea is good to get into as well. I'd say stick to her releases for now. 2. Angel had a reason to apologize tbh 3. Ohhhhh nice info, I'm glad it wasn't just another random DJ. Santigold is a collab that could really work, wow.

LANALYSIS: Relating Songs To Known/Assumed Relationships

:noparty: I'm more upset that they joke about her than the fact that the didn't appear to date How did you find his son/son's girlfriend? I mean, it could be a Lana stan posing...Doubtful, though. This doesn't totally destroy my world, though. I sincerely doubt she made up K, although everyone believes that's the most preposterous relationship, simply because she name-dropped him in a time when her songs weren't really based too heavily in fantasy. -
Paradiso - Azealia Banks

It seems like a matter of time before she does a Britney Spears song. For me, it's "Lullaby" by The Cure (bc she's a fan ), but I'd allow something a little more listener-friendly like "Just Like Heaven", "Boys Don't Cry", "Pictures of You", or "In Between Days" I'd venture to say she'd either do more '90s pop (like "I Want it That Way") or more '80s post-punk (like "Killing Moon"), so Britney or The Cure works.

Would anyone be interested if I tried to do some sort of fan book for her?

I'm pretty sure "Venus" is for Paul Oakenfold's album. Also this song is registered under her name on Harry Fox so she might have bought it and reworked it for her album. And why am I just hearing that Lil Internet may have another song called "Street Angel" on the album? I need to do more research. I think her collab with Kanye is in the graveyard at this point, but there's still a chance that she's on Gaga and Beyonce's albums...It would be so amazing if she got a Gaga song on the album. Remember her livestream where she rapped her part to "Red Flame", but said she couldn't tease the other song, "Ratchet"? That might mean that "Red Flame" was given to her. If Disclosure have producing credits rather than a ~feature~, then that fourth collab could be the Ellie Goulding song. However, putting Disclosure's name on her album would be instant money.

Indeed Just trying to show him a sneak peek of what there is on the other side We'll have to coexist somehow. I reckon Azealia's toned down the beef (barring vague implant comments and calling Lily Allen a drug addict today...)
-
And she favorited a tweet that said the collab had probably already happened! Sister girl, I'mma need a few more plays in there. But "No Problems" twice! Angels need Jesus

Adorable persistence! At least reference the right things when you try
