Idk man I really like it... I listened to it for the first time on my way to the Fnac and ended up buying the vinyl when I arrived there lol... For now my favourite is definitely Fun Tonight. Exactly the kind of music I can enjoy when I'm working late at night or gaming. No need to be particularly focused on the lyrics or the melodies, just pure pop enjoyment

I had a nightmare with Lana but hear me out it... wasn't a typical nightmare Go get yourself a cup of a warm beverage cuz trust and believe it's a wild ride So I'm on NoFap since 20 days so pretty much all my dreams are sexual and I can't do anything about it so it just flushes out my mind. And I dreamt I was organising this GIANT, hundreds of thousands people "exclusive" party in Florida (don't ask me why there specifically but I remember Orlando's Disneyland, and Lana being in a bed at the top of Sleeping Beauty's castle, fuck no idea why), that was actually a giant, ass, orgy. The proper kind. So you could buy your tickets etc at sketchy prices and basically it had a western theme (I think it's because of my current obsession with Orville Peck, but for real a wild west party in Disneyland, here for it) and people were reaaaaallly going at it iykwim. And the thing is, as for any exclusive party with astronomicaly high entry prices, celebrities started to come. I've seen Dua Lipa, Britney Spears who looked amazing, a few actresses, etc. No idea why these ones in particular but I've been listening to Love Again on a loop recently lol. And then... she arrived. Just after Britney. She was literally unrecognisable because she was EXTREMELY glamed up and EXTREMELY tan. Like it was literally a disguise, because she didn't wanted to be recognised at this giant orgy, and nobody but me seemed to recognise her - they were too busy. And then things started to go south. She just sat there, she didn't wanted to do anything because I was looking at her intensely (picture this, Lana sitting on a couch between two couples having raging sex, and hyper glamed up and tan, with her hands just sitting on her lap ajskdhkfjdjkf), and she was looking back at me looking kinda pissed that I knew. And then I did what I should never have done and the reason why this is a nightmare: I got up, and instead of going for her, I remember thinking "I don't give a fuck" and pointing at her and... screaming at the top of my lungs "OH MY GOD THAT'S LANA DEL REY". And then people recognised her and it was a whirlwind of people attacking her, like she was doing blackface w her tan and saying she shouldn't be here and lashing at her for the infamous instagram posts etc. And my dumb ass suddenly woke up. I don't understand, I had her literally handed on a silver plate and my dream self chose to get her harrassed and conspued? Wtf??? Thank God when I went back to sleep it was the good version of the dream and idk if you remember the unicorn in The Witcher 3 but for some reason that's exactly what happened but with Lanz instead of Yen

We don't want people to think that we're promoting our font for our own profit which is absolutely not the point. So we will still donate, but through our own means. And I still felt bad for taking the place of someone that actually derserves to be shown. I really want to donate for trans black women

Extremely powerful. It’s so difficult to know what to do. On one hand I want to protest, although there isn’t some in Paris rn, on the other I’m afraid of being associated (because I would never do it myself but that’s not an excuse) to people doing the kind of stuff in this video, because she is absolutely right. I signed the petition against police brutality censorship in France and when it’s time to vote again I won’t follow my parents but who I trust the most Also if you’re doing the black out on Instagram, I’ve read not to use the hashtag blacklivesmatter since it’s reserved for important updates, but to use blackoutday or blackouttuesday instead.

This is not to the place to discuss this but this thread seems to be the only place to talk about it so I apologise in advance. Me and my friend are releasing our font tomorrow. We want to act, so when this Insta account promoting designers said they're willing to promote design works that pledge to donate part of the funds to a BLM organisation, we were interested. I'm having a mild dispute with my friend re: the fact that we're both white and don't want to take the place of black designers. She says it's for everybody, and that it's the point, everybody should step up, but I'm terrified of acting up because again I don't want to take the place of a black designer. We have pledged to send 2€ for each 25 sales of the font to a BLM organisation. I would love takes on this, especially from persons of colour. I already made some mistakes in the past, and would love to educate myself more on the subject. I haven't sent the email yet. I just don't want to make this about ourselves, and basically use our voice for clout, but I also want to act.
