Since DiamondGarden is made on the same tool than LB, and I just checked and they do have this option, the ability to choose themes is def my biggest request please! Actually... Looking at DG I don't hate the layout. It feels incredibly different because it uses very Marina colours, but with the TFJ theme on, it looks more like LB. And it does seems incredibly modern compared to LB, but maybe it just takes some getting used to? But on the other hand, since not much changes, why even update? Most different thing DG has is Entertainment sections basically. And their Leaderboard section makes me incredibly nervous I'm HUGELY competitive online I get so nasty ugly

All I know is that I'm actually registered on GagaDaily but I have a panic attack everytime I have to check out something on it, bc it's so HUGE and modern and sleek and up to date that it's genuinely scary lol. Last book I read was in like February lmao. But it was actually The Story Of A New Name, the second tome of the Neapolitan Novels by Elena Ferrante, and I devoured it so fast because I absolutely fucking ADORED the first tome and the series as a whole - I'm still in the process of reading the third, but work and depression alternated make it difficult. I insanely love the way she writes. The thing is I have planet-sized daddy issues, and when my father tells me I'm gonna like something, I somehow automatically block and never watch or listen or read it. But this time I was really tired of doing nothing during my 2h daily commute to uni so I decided to give it a try, even though I wasn't sure about the plot, and I loved it SO MUCH. It just flows so easily it's so amazing to read, and the story is just incredible, the characters so vivid, really recommend it, I can't wait to finish the series. I'm super extremely excited about the television show, the actors look beautiful and I'm very interested to see how it translates on screen. The first episodes are out I think? But I'm pretty sure the books will remain better. Like My Brilliant Friend is just out of this world. I'm just annoyed because my whole family originates from Piemonte and my last name is Italian but I can't speak a word from it and I would just LOVE to read them in the native language, especially with the different dialects And it's super interesting that the author is still anonymous!!! Discovered Lana by crying my eyes out on Old Money at 4am sometime in Summer 2014, went to the corner of Sunset and Vine this summer, and now I'm going to Coney. I genuinely don't understand because before stanning Lana I was a CocoRosie superstan and I mean in the actual period when they didn't even had Insta and were tweeting AT MOST once a year. And it was at least three years between each albums. So when I see Lana is releasing an album not even two years after her previous one, I'm just happy as hell bro. And nothing can feel as boring as stanning ppl that completely disappear from the face of the earth for three years, forcing you to go through some extreme amounts of research to find shoots in old fashion magazines in your uni library in order to remain sane. Such good times It's obviously very different now but I got tough skinned when it comes to waiting for releases, if the album was out in 2020 I wouldn't even be mad I have 400+ songs and remixes to listen to ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ I'm just grateful she's still writing music tbh
