Such a good use of that song! it fits the intro perfectly I finished watching This Is Us a couple weeks ago and they use Sufjan a lot, you can always tell when show creators stan sufjan bc they use him a LOT lmaoo

it's not even been /that/ long since LFL so like.. i'm not thirsty per say but let's just say a bitch wouldn't mind a lead single anytime soon like.. it's getting to that point!

literally all her songs lately sound identical to each other. sad. CX1, Unsolved and CX2 were great. all she does now is shout over the same instrumental.

the whole song is great, but 3:53 onwards is NEXT LEVEL. i've never heard so much emotion and pain in a voice before + this part of this song is what made me fall in love with Sufjan. for context the song is from his Christmas album and is about how he left the door open on Christmas day, his dog escaped and he later found it dead in the snow i have cried many times while listening to 3:53 onwards
