Someone explain to me- WHY??? do you need to know the date of release? With the entire world crashing down, just knowing that someday we shall have it is good enough for me. A more important question is- why is Born to Die charting on the Alternative and Rock Album charts, yet is not on the full 200 chart? It defies any rational answer whatsoever.

re Post #11- Who said that was a homeless man? Is there proof? sometimes things aren't what they seem and is there proof that today if he was he is? I have been known to sit on the ground at times. In NY it's the national pastime after all to sit on a stoop. btw- it is kind of a stereotype to think that someone who for whatever reason doesn't have a home is someone unworthy of being a real life human being with feeling who due to some reason or other is considered "homeless".

qt is a hack not worthy of Lana's time and attention. that said, the poster in post#13 makes an interesting point- Perhaps he could take one of her songs like Born to Die or Video Games or Gods and Monsters and use that. (QT never is exact with years in songs anyhow). It would be cool though if through a back door like that Born to Die the Album got to #1. (just remember though, Girl You'll be a woman soon wasn't sung by Neil Diamond in the movie itself, and it is just creepy when Neil sings it in recent times)

Personally I think the haters of lust hate it because of the title, and the haters of it had a preconceived notion of what the entire album should mean in their view, and that tainted the whole album for them from the start. (not to mention didn't totally understand what she meant in remarks she made that should or should not have been believed and never actually gave it a chance that they should have. My view is- they're lost and it's their loss. Without Lust for Life there wouldn't have been anything before or after as it all is a continuation

and on this weeks January 26, 2019th Billboard Album 200 LP chart for it's 316th week. while also charting on the Alternative LP chart and the Rock LP Chart this week both of those hit #1. and all without an actual major US radio hit though the songs today are all classics.

Spike will take Best Adaptation & possibly Director Cuaron most likely Foreign Film and Screenplay Movie may go to Green though it would be cool if Black Panther won but why wasn't Ryan C nominated for best director? Supporting Actor Ali though wouldn't mind if Sam Elliott won Supporting Actress Rachel Actor Bale or Viggo Actress Glenn Close because of her academy worthy Golden Globes speech (if one thinks that wasn't memorized by the "greatest actress of her time") but she deserves an Oscar anyhow for many things including The Natural. Lana boards should be kept on Lana boards not off-board. one shouldn't have to click offboard (though yes, as I found out myself,(when I realized certain posters were able to edit High by the Beach months or years later with an early post to claim they knew it was a helicopter when they didn't) with everyone changing their names but me, and with people editing days or weeks later, it is impossible to keep things honest.) (as it turns out, how trumplike isn't it??? Whatever happened to honesty?

Something to keep in mind about how great Lust for Life was is and always will be Lana reached #1 beating the boys at their own game. (and by boys I also mean the misogynist in the record industry and 99% it seems of djs (and remembering that boys=band members historically in music as a generic term, aka players aka playas) Whether or not the new album can do so, forever Lana got Lust for Life to #1 and did what alot of female singers since then have not been able to do- which is to debut at #1 regardless of whether or not anyone cares about charts,forever on record, Lana did it, and has TWO #1 albums and what, 6 top 10 albums. and counting. Personally, I find that damn impressive. As for release date, most likely Lord Grange knows some inside info as to who when what why where will be releasing or dropping surprise and mid-year can be anywhere from April to Summer anyhow, being that now the 4th quarter is mostly holiday music and awards (and the music year runs somewhat Nov1 - Oct 31 give or take two weeks depending on the awards. Not to mention, Lana hit #1 with Hope is a dangerous thing for a woman like me on the New Alternative Songs so bragging rights can say she hit #1 on the charts with it. (and like the new record, there is not one song about any specific person Lust for Life like Honeymoon was directly about her. and the tonal differences between first part last part goes to show there is no repetition of lyrics as one part is slightly meaningful in a different way (same with the songs that have followed).

the song is 100% about herself as such- to be quite blunt- anyone on line that posts negativity toward someone who is sad, is possibly contributing to a really bad thing happening, and is abetting that bad thing. Read the bio of Sylvia and especially the part of her dad. Read the entire bio. then think back to her championing Daniel J and the true meaning of the song Terence Loves You Also think of Elton and Bernie and the lyrics to the Captain Fantastic song "Someone saved my life tonight" and then there is Brian Wilson. that's my opinion.

believe that is bootleg and note the price, while appears high, has best offer and any price is probably taken. Putting a high price could be just wants this person wants people to think they are getting something that it is not.

I haven't heard it, nor will I listen on illegal sites, but as per typewriters--- the rat-a-tat-tat of a typewriter is like the urgency BREAKING NEWS that was Coachella (the song) which also reminds one of the Cary Grant/ Rosalind Russell His Girl Friday aka The Front Page back when typewriters broke the news (but the writers themselves were not the makers of the news) would love a cover to be a typewriter, how cool would that be. But an old fashioned one with the ribbon that goes back and forth back and forth and one can type 1000s of times on the same ribbon which came multi-colored too.
