  1. I like Taylor’s music but this looks like Midnights 2.0
  2. when lana is nominated for country album of the year next year
  3. still sucks that SOS got a lot more rep than CTRL, I still think that’s her best album by far
  4. glad to see guns and roses getting love the production is so good
  5. I love Fred, I’d say he’s bigger than Lana in the festival scene but Lana is the bigger artist overall
  6. Lana has lived so many lives, trailer park lizzy, chola del rey, New York starlet/ghetto Nancy Sinatra, California surf girl, Italian mafiosa but also Medellin cartel princess, WASPy Judah Smith churchome queen, and now western country girl waiting for her Asian baby girl moment
  7. I see a Morgan Wallen collab in the near future..
  8. Not sure how I feel about country as I wasn’t the biggest fan of Hey Baby Blue, Country Roads, etc hopefully she has some alt country in it akin to Mariners Apartment Conplex/Mazzy Star and I do hope this gets it out of her system
  9. Sooo I went to the immersive audiophile-ish NFR listening experience while on a light trip on shrooms! It was such a great experience <3 at some points it kinda felt like just listening to loud speakers lol but other times I heard stuff I hadn’t heard before. Overall it was like listening to NFR for the first time again and I loved it <3 there was about 20 other people or so and it was overall a cool experience. My highlights were the first four tracks (Venice Bitch was a TRIP). They were playing the vinyl so Fuck it I love you was also a nice surprise. NFR overall is just such a beautiful album! It really brought me back to 2019 and it felt like I was a college student listening to Lana’s newest album. I got pretty emotional lol. This place will typically play albums like Loveless by MBV, Blonde by Frank Ocean, Pink Floyd, etc so I’m so glad to see an artist like Lana included in something like this. I could only take a few videos because it was so dark - hopefully these work!
  10. never forgiving her for removing grins from her set list I hope she goes on another anniversary tour sometime soon
  11. this is so amazing omg I’ve never heard/known of 95% of what’s on this that eternal flame cover
  12. snippet is giving fred again x m to the b realness I love it much better than crash and in the shitty
  13. Lana collabing with Kelela we need her electronic and UK bass moment like yesterday
  14. Imagine if she performed the iconic Summertime Sadness Cedric Gervais remix would be iconic for a music festival like Coachella sorry not sorry
  15. Im going to an immersive listening session for NFR in two weeks and im so ready (Envelop SF) I will be microdosing LOL and let you guys know how it goes! I’ve been to a session at the same place for My Bloody Valentine and Frank Ocean and it was absolutely amazing, will be uploading footage when I get it https://envelop.us/event/ESF20230130-lana-del-rey-nfr-listen
  16. wish I could go back and hear this for the first time again
  17. something tells me she won’t change her set list significantly but I’d love to be proved wrong bring back Venice Bitch and let her have a fireworks moment i’m sure songs like Doin Time, The Greatest, Dealer, Thunder, LTLI, etc would be enough to garner attention from even non-fans..
  18. That lineup is kinda ass hopefully she doesn’t get hate for being a headliner but I think most of it is directed at Doja lol
  19. me when I’m having an asthma attack but also Dev Patel is there “Caught up in the game it was the last I heard”
  20. Me when my bestie mails me a discharge sample of her blue waffles STD im a dragon you’re a whore
  21. Fishmans - Long Season vibes an instant cult classic that’s for a sure
  22. I agree with most posted on here, so I’ll skip the obvious ones. May I also add: Grandfather it is such a standout in her discography. I love the way the instrumental (e.g. the dense electric guitars, the mellotron, the sax?) swells and swells into a crescendo by the end - really reminds me of a more condensed and pop version of the likes of Sigur Ros and GY!BE. I also find it to be the best use of a sample in her discography. God Bless America is also wonderfully produced. Metro Boomin put everything he could put into that song and it SHOWS.
