after the teasing from Rob and a very questionable *insider* here, my expectations for this album is too high with DNC = Del Norte County being a 60's - 70's summer of love incarnate. the only alternative I am taking is DNC = Does Not Compute, the antithesis of Del Norte Cunty and her debut synthpop vocal/acid trance euro-house that i can dance to in a sweaty club rolling ballz if you don't agree i think youre boring i am also open to lanita del rey ft la rothalia

I feel like vinyl colors have been off/random since chemtrails so I’m expecting neon yellow and a separate white one

Rob was involved in Sweet Caroline, the best piano ballad on that album what’s not clicking for some plus he’s adorable so

people have been calling her music boring since honeymoon I never take people’s descriptors of her music seriously anymore

I mean I’d consider it ethereal - just not as good as her other ethereal songs lol. It’s a sound descriptor not a quality indicator

the intro to Beautiful is such a catfish for the actual song I agree though, I would love something like that, it sounds so complex and interesting compared to her other piano songs

Manifesting summery and glittery Venice-like synths with some dub influences like Doin Time

Listened to the whole album and I really liked it! Buddy Rendezvous is definitely one of the best songs and I’m so happy he trusted Lana with covering it because the result was amazing!
