At first listen it sounds like "armageddon." That's what I thought when she first posted it up until now. Watching the video on the computer and seeing how her mouth moves it really does look more like "I'm a getting." To each their own though! We all hear different things lol. I would have sang Armageddon and not minded if thats what I thought it was. That said I'm glad to notice the "I'm a getting" b/c I felt like the "armageddon" was a little out of place.

I assume this would be the thread to place this in but I had a dream about a new Lana album. It was in an aesthetic similar to Neil Young. Hell, it was Neil Young. Like Neil's music but Lana's voice, it was fucking beautiful. I would live for a whole album like that. I realize it wouldn't be for everyone but that's why it is a dream I guess.

Haven't really got to listen thoroughly in full to album but def standout tracks to me in first listening/sampling are You Never Knew and Walking Away. I liked the singles too. Like I said haven't had a chance to fully listen yet but I'm excited to give it a proper listening. I can already tell it won't top Days Are Gone for me though! That's a really a hard feat. That said It sounds like a pretty solid follow up!

I'll probably gift to my partner and little sister. We'll see what happens when the release comes around. Not that I think it matters to Lana too much but I really would like for her to get #1. Lol.

Lana is an already established artist, while Dua was a newbie that they were trying to time/market her release for a big splash. Different circumstances in my eyes! Yay I was looking forward to this one. Isn't this the one with her on balcony in some shots and also standing in a doorway with a long white dress and drapes everywhere? The furniture has plastic covers on it and if I'm not mistaken there were behind the scene photos with her and two lady photographers.

I love Luke Bryan and have listened to this song thousands of times but for some reason today it is giving me Lana vibes. The thirst is real, 10 days and counting lol!

I really don't even listen to rap and I am wanting it so badly myself lol. The SoundHound snippet is so intriguing. I love the lyrics in it as well!

I chose Dan specifically b/c Ultraviolence is my favorite. It wouldn't be what it is if they had not come together. That said I believe Rick is probably better when generally applied. Him and Lana have made so many amazing songs together. They have this vibe/connection that is very noticeable. Plus the songs span many different sounds and genres that they have worked on. I also really like Dan Heath's stuff too but I'm thinking more in terms of big picture. The Rural sessions were pretty cool too! As far as who's overrated I'd easily say Emile and Auerbach, and I voted for the latter lol. I don't feel like Rick gets the respect he deserves honestly. Notable mention goes out to Greg Kurstin though cause MPG has always been one of my songs!

If not doctored then could have been the release date at the time of the interview. Probably got pushed back a week. I'd go off the date online being it is more easily updated. Maybe it slipped their minds to change it before it went to print. That said it would be nice to get it a week earlier but I'm not going to expect anything.

Lana is so f'ng cute! Fitting into things can be difficult sometimes for us all. The struggle is real!

It would be a pretty fun concept lol. On that note though has anyone tried Shazam today. I know a few days ago when the whole Summer Bummer thing came to fruition I had Shazam'ed the snippets and they all picked up except BAR. Now I try today and none of them are recognized. Maybe Shazam/SoundHound f'ed up and had to take them down. That or my phone and computer are glitching lol.

If Yosemite could be Get Free then why couldn't BAR be renamed. Say maybe Groupie Love or In My Feelings. Just a thought lol! Probably reaching for the stars here though. That said Groupie Love and Summer Bummer are my two least favorite titles on the track list, the rest aren't so bad. I'm not a huge rap fan but I'm interested to see how this song turns out. Hopefully we will get a pre order but not too sure with it having a single cover. Either way Lana looks hot AF in it so there is that, yay!
