Flipside! I made this cover a while ago but here it is on video. There are some parts that make me cringe, but I think the second verse and chorus are pretty!

No it's true tho, you've got that kind of voice that'd keep me listening and interested if casually heard it on the radio!

I wish i had that kind of raspy and gritty singing voice (I don't know if these adjectives are correct, but pls take them as a compliment), mine is too high, I hate it

I haven't had lessons (as you can tell haha) and I just doing these for fun as a hobby. My favourite is covering Lana songs that people don't really know because they deserve to be heard more! Hopefully my covers of things like Fine China, Flipside etc will get people to look them up since they're amazing.

ty to @Soozuki for posting the Fine China string patch, I tired mixing it in with some of the vocals I did and it works so well! I'm not going to bother with the whole song but this part sounds so cute!

uhh here's something a little weird. Since the song came out really weird in result I tried to do the DIY video that Lana was so famous for doing I felt too self conscious singing 'daddy' to camera so much haha.

 

I thought the song sounded really bare so I added in some additional sound effects, including the reverberations of JUPITER and reverberations and the moon (!).
