The only reason there was such a delay for COTCC was because vinyl pressings were slow due to COVID. Now that they're back on track, there really shouldn't be much delay. COTCC was intended to come out September 5th and was done in early-mid 2020 so really this would have been a UV to HM timing situation if it wasn't for COVID

She never gave us a definitive date for that stated in an official social media caption, and she confirmed it’s coming in MOJO and Music Week so I have hope it’s coming too!

Theoretically speaking: she finished recording COCC in September/October, since then she may have been recording for this album already. 

If she finished it in last/this month... She may actually release it in time
