I thought the same thing. They had an explanation of why they think that, we had to see the song as a friendship one  but as I said, I think is about a partner relathionship, definitely Marina's relationship even if she didn't clarifie.

one person has the interlude version in lossless flac on soulseek but unfortunately they don't share files

maybe some of the cd physical copies have this version and some don't
