I've seen a lot of other artists starting official fan accounts lately, propably labels are realizing how impactful TaylorNation is and want to mimic that, like for example Wet Leg also created WetLegHQ a few months ago. But, as you said, there's no point in it if they're just gonna post and re-post the same things... it should be more exclusive content, I guess we'll see in time...

I think MARINA fans are finally waking up to how she's actually sounded to everyone all this time. Her lyrics have always been cringe, production is shoddy and ages poorly.

I mean isn’t that just stan twitter these days? you’re either team ‘yas marina queen slay you can do no wrong’ or team ‘marina is so cringe and embarrassing and has never been good actually’ and you have to try and forcibly change someone else’s mind for invisible stan points or whatever.

I’ve noticed that people often confuse disliking bad music with hating women. The “only liking electra” thing is so dumb considering the general consensus has always been that her first 3 albums are good and she fell off bad after that. Perhaps they should push “Y’all only like Marina and The Diamonds” as an argument, cause I’d actually agree with that! Love Marina and The Diamonds! Idk about MARINA tho.

you dont have to like everything she does, but the insults and the dragging her for the song isnt being a fan, its just being a hater at that point. you can criticise a song you don't like without calling her a flop or too woke or whatever insults twitters fixated on throwing around these days
