It was just last week or so, the ruling. It's the same for music. Like I can't take all of Lana's vocals and stuff and make a song with them without her permission and then I would have to give her a cut when selling it. 

Now there is educational purposes use, so long as the data is used strictly for educational purposes and no profit is being generated from it's use. But you have to signify that it's for educational purposes only, but even then, it's not totally free from possible.copyright infringement.

Another issue that public figures have an issue with is using their likeness to create images that are extremely disturbing or sexualized to the point of porn. There is this thing on deviantart where they are using images of public figures and turning them into childlike versions that are sexualized. It's pretty disturbing and gross. Or having your images being used for porn and stuff like that. Deviant art has a lot of pretty disturbing content. And by the sheer volume it's nearly impossible for them to curate it.

It's been more than 24 hours and my boosts haven't reloaded, I guess they really aren't going to refill every day like they had been
