just saw that nicole's lyrics are back up on spotify. most of them have been randomly missing for a while i dont know why. average musixmatch behavior  ..i've been pretty irritated about it especially since every single one of her songs were transcribed and synced by me besides the heart shaped bed album and a few other songs. when typing this i started ranting so im just putting it in a spoiler lol

i know that natural born losers is still all sorts of fucked up. missing verses, bad capitalization, A Marvelous Persona straight up just having Angels of Porn's lyrics, etc. someone higher ranking than me locked most of NBL's songs and i've sent in probably over 100 reports on it over the past year and they've done nothing. i think there's a few things wrong with heart shaped bed but that whole album is locked too. locking lyrics to curators shouldn't even be a feature. i thought of asking this thread for help with it earlier this year but idk what we could even do lmao😭 so yeah i've been trying to change it forever, before spotify even had lyrics, but musixmatch is extremely obnoxious and buggy to deal with. its the most unserious app i've ever used and its really a miracle that any lyrics are on spotify at all. whenever you see a brand new song with fully written and synced lyrics pls send love to that editor because they probably had to wrestle with that DIABOLICAL, EVIL, FOUL, VILLAINOUS app for hours to get it done after having to restart the app (cause the music falls out of sync) fifty times and probably crying when they realized the work they submitted didn't go through for the second or third time and they have to do the whole thing over again. i love adding and syncing lyrics but i had to stop because that app pisses me off to the point of ragequitting. anyway yah the lyrics are up again

i like it a lot! a super promising new direction. wish the song had one big cathartic moment though- a 5 minute song always should. weird that it's not on streaming yet.
