Atlanta, GA @ Aaron's Amphitheatre at Lakewood - June 14th, 2015

Us lucky southerners will get to see Lana at the tail-end of her tour, so hopefully IF she introduces new songs during the tour, as she did with UV, we will get the hear them. Not that I am banking on it. Last time she came to Atlanta outside of Music Midtown (that I sadly didn't go to) was on the rumored release date of UV, so I hoped something special would happen and I actually think she cut out a song that night so the opposite. Her best outfit was Atlanta imo.

 

Anyways, who all is going? I have a seat that is slightly to the left and right behind the VIP people. I'm quite excited even though I don't know what I'll be doing this summer so idk how close to Atlanta I'll actually be. Last time I didn't wait to meet her after the show, so if she stays after again I will be there this time. Seeing her last May was one of the highlights of my year, so I hope this show is just as good.

I saw Lana last May & at Midtown and I'm so excited to see her again on the 16th! I bought two silver VIPs, but I now have an extra since my ex is well, now my ex  We'll see if I can find someone to go with me Either way I'm so excited to see her again! Along with those two shows, I also flew out to see her in San Francisco for her American tour, and for those 3 shows I was very close. Probably 3rd row from San Fran & ATL and 10th for Midtown. I'm hoping that since I have silver VIP, this will be the show I'll finally be able to take a selfie or something with her. I hope to see you there! You should print me an AKA album if we meet up

I'm going! I went in May,three days before my birthday , and I'm excited to see her again! I didn't go to Midtown, but once I found out that she did pretty much the same exact show except for one song I didn't really care that I wasn't there. I got a sitting seat because all of the general admission tickets were sold out, but I'm excited to be going again. I met some pretty cool people the first show and am hoping to meet some more cool people this time around.

I saw her on May 1, I was like 5 feet from the stage and I almost punched out some old white bitch with her 4 daughters standing on the floor when she screamed at me for bumping into her

 

I bought lawn tickets for June 14 bc honestly I was that close once and don't want to deal with all the fucking idiot middle/high school bitches that have no idea how to act at shows. I'm taking my bf and it's his first Lana show. Hopefully we hear some part of Honeymoon!

Only a little over a week to go! I'm starting to get really excited. 

 

I have no idea what to wear though. I meant to buy a rose sweater like from the first BJ video but I waited so long that unless I pay $60 in shipping it won't get here in time, and even then it still might not.

 

Will anyone be going that isn't going to be in the pit/doesn't need to stand in line for 12 hours? I'd love to meet up with some fellow Lana fans!

 

And @@Elle and anyone else going, you were probably joking but I do have a few random AKA copies laying around from practicing making one - if you want one I can bring it and you can have it free. They are just taking up space on my CD shelf.

This is my first Lana concert, is the pit large? How many Silver VIP's would you guesstimate? 

I went to the Dallas concert but it was cancelled so I called Live Nation and explained that I wasn't notified until May 30th, until then, we assumed it would be rescheduled. By that time, the Silver VIP's were sold out, so the said I could purchase Gold VIP packages and use a Live Nation VIP Pit for early entry. I have purchased both tickets, so they had better honor their word. I have call logs with dates and times of the conversations. 

I explained to them that we do not wish to use our Gold VIP assigned seats, which by the way states on the order form that they are 1-12 rows back from the GA, but are actually 33 and 35 rows back, and I don't want a refund for those; I just want the early entry that I was promised into the Pit when I purchased the Gold Packages. I was told that this would be NO PROBLEM, and we would be escorted into the pit, maybe because of all the trouble we've been through with Dallas, not sure, but I have been in constant contact with them to make sure that they are going to honor what we were promised. 

How did you get to meet her after the show last year? Was this at Aaron's like this year?

We were really bummed that we didn't get to see Lana in Dallas, but we partied all night, flashed traffic from my sunroof while wearing our Mardi Gras masks, (Haha!) got wasted at the Hilton Anatole, told security to turn in their uniforms and leave the building until further notice LOL!!! OMG!!! I met a pilot for Southwest and I called him Christian Grey all night in the hotel bar!! We took selfies with Buddha!! Wild night, and thank goddess we recorded everything with our phones or we probably wouldn't have remembered! 

Anyway, any information you can provide will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Hey. Same to you, maybe we'll see you there. We made awesome friends in Dallas and still stay in touch! We're actually planning a trip to NY this Fall, and I invited them to Mardi Gras next Feb!!! Everyone should go to Mardi Gras at least once, or twice, or 10 times...Haha!!! Later!

I was at the May show last year, the venue only held like 2500 people so I couldn't give a guesstimate of how big the pit at Sunday's show is. Probably a couple hundred people. I wouldn't count on meeting her unless you're at the front of the pit OR you know where she's staying.
