Sitar 22,210 Posted March 25, 2014 Did anyone know Snuffed by Yakuza was Patrick Berger's band? Also is the fact that he knew a creepy amount of information about her his shtick? It was fun and I really enjoyed the interview but I don't get how he knew so much about her and everything she does... I didn't even know she bought a pocket pussy in a German gas station... Other than this, I've only seen his interview of Grimes and it basically seems like he does a lot of creepy research and gives people obscure gifts. Was very funny.
comeintomybedroom 8,657 Posted March 25, 2014 Yeah, I'm sure him (or the people he works for) does research on the people he's gonna interview (they probably actually talk to their friends/family about past experiences and stuff). I love watching his interviews 'cause he always makes the artists laugh and I feel like I can see how the artist really is, y'know?

iseeyouupsidedown 931 Posted March 28, 2014 Even though I loved True Romance, seeing her in this "punk phase" actually makes me think of the TR era (mostly her aesthetic) as being a tumblr/hipstercore/goth/soft-grunge phase she grew out of :/

Adrift 4,813 Posted March 28, 2014 I agree that this is the best music she's ever made. Give me a bridge between Dinosaur Sex and Interior, and I'll be happy. 2 Quote X----into me, into you----X
EXODUS 9,914 Posted March 28, 2014 I agree that this is the best music she's ever made. Give me a bridge between Dinosaur Sex and Interior, and I'll be happy. IMO it's more honest and true-to-herself than her previous efforts. 0 Quote Hikaru Utada • BANKS • Rina Sawayama • Aly & AJ • MARINA • Björk • Kate Bush • Marion Ravn • Carly Rae Jepsen • Hilary Duff • Charli XCX • The Cardigans • Mitski • Phoebe Bridgers • Allie X • Caroline Polachek • Meg & Dia • Dia Frampton • Olivia Lufkin • Poppy • Grimes • Melanie Martinez • Lana Del Rey • Bat for Lashes • Ayumi Hamasaki • Paramore • Hayley Williams • Evanescence/Amy Lee • ACO • LIGHTS • Alexz Johnson • Avril Lavigne • Florrie • Flyleaf/Lacey Sturm • Tove Lo • Sky Ferreira • HANA • Daine • Foxes • CHVRCHES • Lorde
Sitar 22,210 Posted March 29, 2014 I hope she doesn't restrict herself to either genre. It would be really cool if she kept on reinventing with each album. The best bands do that (Yeah Yeah Yeahs...all that matters). smh she just named the album and we were supposed to have it this month

I knew it was way too good to be true when she first said March.
iseeyouupsidedown 931 Posted March 30, 2014 I'm confused why she's been in the studio so much when she said she finished 90% of the album last year... It must be changing a lot. I'm guessing she recorded a LOT of songs we will never hear :/
