With the CD boxset, there's 10 lithograph/artprint type images shown (in the bottom left corner) so do we get a random four or is that a mistake and do we get all 10? Also, is it only the US that are having the boxset shipped in November or is that worldwide?

Pretty sure the box sets are being made to fit the orders so they wouldn't be ready next month worldwide, I'm guessing worldwide orders will ship in November also
