No literally the second the song starts, that distorted guy voice mumbling! He's saying "high up in the mountaintops" and then something else.

Anybody else notice the deep babbling in Two Weeks saying "high up in the mountaintops" ?? and then it's saying some more stuff too but I can't figure out what
