  1. HOLY FUCK. LMFAO. LITERALLY THE BEST POST ON THIS FORUM, EVER. :lmao: :lmao: :lmao: :lmao: :lmao: I could not agree more, oh god. Let me love you.
  2. Well first, you see, you have to start playing Lucky Ones on repeat and on full volume. As that plays, you then burn your copy of AKA, whilst chanting "BTD is the best Lizzy album, BTD is the best Lizzy album" and doing the Electric Slide backwards. At this point, you put on a Native American headdress and do what Lana did during the bridge of the Ride music video. Then you hire a black man to portray one of the most famous presidents there ever was, sparking little to no controversy, of course, to chant with you. Once you've done all these things, the Teletubbies will arrive and start eating your copies of Sirens while you're still chanting "BTD is the best Lizzy album." After doing this for 37 minutes and 14 seconds, a can of Generic Horse Shit should appear on your doorstep. You can't actually buy one because they're very rare and Sitar just had to tease us all by insinuating that he has one. I hope OperationGaga doesn't hear about this, and I hope Sitar doesn't start giving us a review of what his can of Generic Horse Shit smells like. We'll have some pretty big forum problems then. Maybe it's best if we just threaten to kill each other instead.
  3. Lights is such a boring/poor word choice though. She could have used something better. I really don't dislike the song that much, it's just so boring to me now. The production lacks for me, too. There isn't enough piano in the album version during the chorus, and the demo is too much piano everywhere. If there were some kind of happy medium, I'd listen to the song and not slander it so much. It doesn't help that you're so mean to little Lucky Ones over there though, butthead.
  4. Listening back to the Gods & Monsters snippet, I still hear "Morrisey". Maybe it's the quality of the snippet or something, I'm not hearing an "n" sound anywhere on that word.
  5. You could take any line from Without You, and it wouldn't trump "I tried so hard to act nice like a lady, you taught me that it was good to be crazy." I mean, she fucking references Bruce Springsteen in that song, of course it is better than Without You.
  6. That line is just so stupid. Lights? Really? I'm sorry, but "Baby, we're on fire" is a prettier and more descriptive line than "all the lights mean nothing without you" like, that is seriously more generic than any line in Lucky Ones.
  7. I don't think I need to pull deathray in here again to point out the giant flaw in the chorus that kills any and all chance for the song to be flawless
  8. >calls a song mediocre >album fav is Without You I'm having a problem finding logic here
  9. Omg guys he said bye may b he went 2 go kilL HIMSELF OMG
  10. I might've listened to the snippet 10 times at the most. I don't waste time on low-quality snippets, hun.
  11. What are you talking about. I'm serious. :imbeingsarcasticbitch2: would you pleASE KILL URSELF
  12. Yesss omg. Would you? xxLDR, Born to Die is my second favorite from the album, don't feel bad. Omg Millenium you did not just say Stiffney Spears. DO YOU NOT SEE BABY V AND I IN THIS THREAD, TWO HUGE BRITNEY STANS?! WE WILL MUTILATE YOU.
  13. I love Everybody, but that stupid fucking "J-J-J-J.R." bit at the very beginning pisses me off to no end and makes me change the song right away. I hate it when producers shit all over a song with their stupid trademark sounds or whatever. Like, no one wants to fucking hear that, it disrupts the song. I've yet to find an equally HQ version of Everybody without that stupid producer trademark noise, and until I do, Get Back remains above Everybody. They're close equals without that problem though, although I'm still more toward Get Back. THE ONE AND ONLY.... BRITNEY. *cue amazing weird video game ghost noises* IF YA CAN'T TAKE IT THEN GET BACK. Sex.
  14. You don't have to agree. I like your opinion here though, it's well thought out. Here's mine: I don't like the way the album version is produced. I don't like the separation of the violin/strings/whatever in the right speaker, I don't like the cat noises, I hate the bass in it, it's all overly dramatic and annoying to me. I really dislike the way the piano sounds during the chorus while Lana sings "Audio-Tune lies, she's still shining." To me, the demo version is more haunting because less is going on, and I can pay more attention to the magnificent lyrics of that song, and her good vocal performance. The beat in the demo fits the lyrics so much better, and the song sounds so natural and well done. The album version sounds boxed in like most of the other songs on BTD. OMG JAKE I LOVE YOU. "Every now and then, our posts align Jake and I meet by the great design"
  15. Radio isn't my favorite from BTD, but if we were talking BTD Demos, it's definitely the best. There's just something about the demo for that song that is so uplifting to me, better than all the other demos combined. The Carmen demo is much better than the album version as well IMO.
  16. Why do people always say this?! I don't get the logic behind this, the bonus tracks always end up being the best on the album. Va Va Voom from Minaj's Roman Reloaded, Phonography from Britney's Circus, Put Some Clothes On from Breathe Carolina's It's Classy, Not Classic, Get Back from Britney's Blackout, Disco Heaven from Gaga's The Fame, I could keep going forever. Bonus tracks are the best.
  17. Laugh all you want, I know it's very disliked in this community, which proves my point that people simply can't handle perfection. Whatever. :imbeingsarcasticbitch2:
  18. Lucky Ones is the best, obviously. You're all too delusional to understand. Simplistic yet visual and beautiful lyrics, gorgeous strings and instruments, and magnificent vocals; the best vocals on the album. Plus, THE FUCKING LOON IS IN THE SONG. THE AMAZING AUTO-TUNED LOON. The Loon itself is enough to slay basically any song on BTD. Combine the Loon with all the other wonderful aspects of the song, it's obviously the best.
  19. I know, but she doesn't actually say "Morrison," she says it like "Morrisey."
  20. There is a chorus... "No one's gonna take my soul away, I'm livin' like Jim Morrisey..." etc.
