Yeah, it sounds forced and like she's struggling to keep her voice so low sometimes. She also struggles live because of this. I also can't imagine that being good for her voice in the long run.

I can't help but think that Lana's music would be better if she didn't sing with her lower register so much...

It's a little far from the festival grounds, but if you're looking for a good cheap place to eat in Aarhus I recommend the pizza at Jerry's on Jorbrovej just off of Langelandsgade just north of the university. I used to eat there so often the other international students teased me about it. If you're in town for a bit Den Gamle By is worth a visit if you've never been there and I hear the ARoS Kunstmuseum is pretty cool.
 
Oh, and make sure you eat some Napoleon's Hats for me. 

I've read a lot of shitty fan fiction in my day. Harry Potter fanfic has got to be some of the worst, though. If you want to laugh your head off for a couple hours and quote it for the rest of your life, I suggest reading My Immortal by Tara Gilesbie. There's even a drinking game. That's how gloriously bad it is. Not convinced yet? Allow me to summarize:
 
Ebony Dark'ness Dementia Raven Tara Way is the biggest Mary Sue in existence. She is a vampire, a witch, a "goff" (her spelling of Goth) and is friendly with all the original characters of the Harry Potter series, who are also vampires, wizards and goffs. There's a Twilight-esque love triangle between her, Draco Malfoy and Harry "Vampire" Potter. Almost every character has been renamed or misspelled and renamed by proxy, with such lovely gems as Neville "Dracola" Longbottom, Ronald "Diabolo" Weasley and Hermione "B'loody Mary Smith" Granger. It's definitely M-rated, because of the ridiculous sex scenes ("He put his thingy in my you-know-what"), gratuitous cursing (Ebony tells a character to fuck off because they "probably have AIDS", at one point) and general awfulness.
 
It's widely considered to be the worst fanfic of all time, but it's probably one of the best things I've ever read. Do it with friends, if they're into it. Do it alone if they're not. Bottom line: Just do it.

So this happened...it works surprisingly well, it's like a brand new song.
