People thought Honeymoon would be her last album because of 'Swan Song' where she sings "I will never sing again", and we know it wasn't her last album, so I'm not worried about LDR5 being her last album either tbh! She's always creating and writing and stuff, I don't see her stopping for quite some time yet, so I wouldn't worry about it

Oh I'm so in love with this song! It sounds so lush, and the drums are perfect!! I adore the lyrics too, and I love the way she says "particular" omg!! I'M SO HAPPY!! The new era has begun and so far the music and the visuals are great, I'm really excited for the rest of this era to unfold! (Just wish Lana would communicate something...)

Well, congratulations to all of us that survived the pre-pre-release madness, thus begins the pre-release madness... But hey, at least now we have something official to freak out over! It looks like the poster is set on the Moon, so maybe whoever it was that speculated about a Moon-based video may be correct? That would be so cool!! I'm so ready for Lana: Queen of Space!!

I think the cover for Paradise was so pretty! I adored the colours, and the palm trees and pool in the background was such a lovely aesthetic! Her face was way over edited though... Ugh I would probably say Paradise was my favourite Lana album cover (oh if only they'd not edited her face), I feel like it perfectly encapsulates the vibe of the album!

I think more than anything I'm just excited to see the first glimpses of the visuals of this era, that helps get the kind of 'vibe' of the album? And then once we get a track list also that helps to get a 'feel' for what lyrical themes we may expect? (I'm guessing love and heartbreak will of course make an appearance as they are consistent themes Lana writes about)

OMG! I ADORE Susanne Sundfør! I'd love for Lana to make a song with that kind of vibe, or perhaps something with a similar vibe to her 'Ten Love Songs' album? I can see Lana at least enjoying songs like 'Darlings' or 'Memorial'

The thing I'm most excited for is the tracklist to be announced! My favourite part of the pre-release of each era is when we get the tracklist and then everyone speculates on what each song might sound like, what the lyrics might be about, what imagery the title makes us think of! It's always fun (and messy haha) and then finding out how wrong or right we were when the album is finally released!

Yeah, right? I mean, I know the books are huge and the detail to world building is amazing but damn... And that's if he even finishes ADOS? Like I don't wanna be mean but who knows if he'll live to finish that book, especially if the story spills into an 8th book which, lets be real, it very likely could? (It was meant to only be a trilogy originally, and look where we are now...) I'm kinda scared Mr Martin might not complete his magnum opus? But yeah, super thankful Lana isn't on GRRM levels of slow! In comparison I can totally handle waiting a year or two for a new Lana album! (Unless I've totally just jinxed it, in which case may the Lord of Light bless us all with cleansing fire....)

Can you imagine if Lana was like George R.R Martin with her releases... this forum would probably implode haha! I mean, A Feast For Crows was 2005 and then the next book A Dance With Dragons wasn't till 2011... and the book after that is still being written... So on the bright side it kinda makes the wait for LDR5 seem not too bad? I'm sure early next year, once Christmas/New Year is out of the way, we'll get SOME piece of information about LDR5! An album title, a single title, a single release date, a new interview or some kind of tease...

I discovered Oscar and The Wolf recently and I'm so in love!! His real name is Max Colombie, and he's from Belgium. He describes the meaning behind the name 'Oscar and The Wolf' as: "Oscar is a name I really like – it's poetic and light. And wolf is the dark animal that comes out at night and howls to the full moon, and moon stands for solitude and coldness. YES! I'd love a psychedelic vibe to the album! That's kinda how I'm envisioning the album in my head (based off nothing, I admit, but I can dream haha) Shades of Cool is one of my faves, so I would be more than happy for that kind of song to pop up on LDR5!

Yeah Honeymoon was an album that gave the vibe of faded pastels and soft, floaty tones. I would ADORE an album with a 70's vibe, with a sound that elicits a rich, electric colour palette! Like something with the yellows and greens and electric blues, with maybe a little metallic shimmer, something really 70's and vibrant? (lol, this probably all sounds like utter rubbish but it makes sense to me haha, I don't know how to describe the aesthetic in my head, it's all speculation based on nothing anyway, but oh well!)

I love Mazzy Star so much!! I'm Less Here, Into Dust and California are some of my all time favourite songs! But I'm not surprised Hope doesn't know of Lana tbh, I doubt Hope knows of most modern singers? She's definitely not one to keep up with pop culture really! I'm interested to see if Hope does actually look Lana up! I'd love to know her thoughts on Lana's music!
