I don’t think she looks ill at all-she looks the healthiest build wise she ever has-she’s matured into her adult body-I can’t explain it but she’s just got a larger presence? Not weight related though. it’s the styling that throws me off-you can get away with this grimy look in your twenties and teens-as you become older however-it just doesn’t look as cool-because she’s visibly a woman not a teenage Dirtbag.

I don’t see what people mean about text book having avant garde elements? Fiona apple isn’t even particularly experimental or avant garde tbh. massive attack, Sophie and tons of other artists trump her in that regard-she’s mostly a jazz influenced piano player with some other influences.
