Okay I finally got my deluxe vinyl and the poster, but... it's not signed. Also, I wonder why they're sending everything out separately. Like, I got the CD and T-shirt a few weeks ago, today the vinyl and poster, and at one point I should still get the lanyard for the meet & greet lol.

This is incredible. Unsurprisingly, I love it lol. It's interesting that pretty much every aspect of the production seems to be prioritised over his vocals, but it works really well. The song is well-written, his voice is as beautiful as ever, THE PRODUCTION IS AMAZING, the bridge is great, and that outro caught me completely off-guard and left me bald. I really like how timeless this sounds, could it be that after My My My! wasn't the big hit he and the label were clearly expecting, he's done with the more mainstream/straightforward pop kind of sound? Thinking about it, Troye is actually the only one of my "super favourites" that has never disappointed me so far. Anyway: I'M TIRED OF THIS CITY, STREAM IF YOU'RE WITH ME!

It won't be "over" over until there's a vaccine and/or the majority of the population has been infected and developed an immunity against the virus. The only reason we're spreading it out and "flattening the curve" is to buy us some time and make sure the healthcare system isn't overwhelmed by too many infected people (particularly severe cases) at once.

Ohh, I need this! Always nice to see when some thought seems to have been put into producing the vinyl.

This whole album is brilliant, but outside of the pre-release tracks, it's the ones (co-)produced by Stuart Price (Cool, Levitating, Hallucinate, Love Again) that really stand out to me. I'm not surprised, of course, he also worked on Madonna's Confessions On A Dance Floor and Kylie's Aphrodite, both of which are fantastic. But wow, what an album!

In case y'all haven't heard, following a 21-year old girl from the UK earlier this week, today a 16 year-old girl died in France. Both are believed to have had no preexisting medical conditions. I'm feeling so sorry for them. This is scary as fuck! So much for "only the elderly need to be worried".

For now, the lockdown in Austria will be in effect until the 13th of April, but our chancellor already implied that we shouldn't expect things to be much different than they are now after that date, so an extension of the measures is more than likely. At this point, I doubt universities and schools will reopen at all this semester. I guess the situation in other European countries will be similar.

I never said that it is, but thanks I guess lol. My point was that when they boarded the plane to Egypt, COVID-19 wasn't really seen as a problem anywhere outside of China. If they had known how serious things would become in Europe during the three weeks they spent on holiday, obviously they never would've left in the first place.

I really like this album, it's a nice blend of sad bops and full-on bops, and I'm living for the 2000s pop-rock influence some songs have. Also, I really enjoy his writing style, it's very concrete and visual; he's not just singing songs, he's telling stories.
