O_o As for Lana I google her name daily at least 3 to 5 times since november of last year so : (5*7)*52 = 1820 searches/year Let's say she has a hardcore fanbase of 150 000 people : 150 000*1820 = 273 000 000 searches from her stans Which make 722 000 000 - 273 000 000 = 449 000 000 searches from non fan. Let's say that random people googled her 3 times this year : 449 000 000 / 3 = 149 666 666 So this means basically 150 million people know who Lana Del Rey is or at least have been curious to find more about her.

Honneslty Taylor Swift got a nomination whereas her album came out 1 month ago with We are never... as a lead single. Carly Rae Jepsen? She's like the girl version of Psy, a one hit maker. America likes perfectly formated, clean, happy, energic, normal, positive star. Lana with her flaws, her past and her art are too much for them to handle I guess.. :badbitch:

- Prom Song (Gone Wrong) gives me a strong T Swift feeling, a little cheesy but I like it. - Jealous Girl gives me a strong Ke$ha feeling, it doesn't have other purpose than being catchy. I can be cray cray while listening to it so I like it. - Match Made in Heaven, everybody hates it. I just love it. It brings my bitchy side out, if I listen to it while being a little tipsy who may know what can happen.

Adele won everything last year and I'm glad she did, 19 and 21 were my LDRakaLG and BtD from 2010-2011 but it's time to move on now. I hope these are nominations and not just submissions. Lana deserves the recognition for the work she's done and for her success.

I wouldn't call Nikos Aliagas a journalist, he presented for 10 years a show called Star Academy, a sucky reality show where young singers wannabe find themselves locked in a chateau, cameras record them training and eating. They sing live every week and some get dismissed each week. And he generally doesn't know anything about people he interviews nor does have a very extended knowledge in music.

I'll be the shallow girl but... what's up with the hair, make-up and clothe? This dress looks cheap, it feel like she's going to play on the grind after the show, the hair is messy, the make-up is okay. I love Lizzy style on candid pic but I'd love even more LDR femme fatale/bay doll style on stage. I love the vocals though. That's what really matter after all... but still.

I agree with you Pinup, Ellen knows how to make her guests comfortable. I'd love to see the interview and how she'll ask very private and intimate questions to Lana.

She quoted a saying saying "go where it's warm and loved" in her latest interview. She was supposed to perform on the Ellen Degeneres show, she never did. I think she's scared, she knows that she'll cause drama if she does the SNL again. I want her to go back to prove everyone wrong, but I don't think she's ready vocally wise. And people will jump in every breach she'll make.

I think she is in a very comfortable zone right know, she has enough fan to fill famous halls, who care enough to buy her music and make it top in the top 10. She can see fans everywhere she goes but is stil able to walk in the street without being bothered. I like it that way.

Yes this is suckiest award show EVER! First, just like for the EMA, people who vote are all 11 to 19 so the Best Male/Female is always given to less deserving but good looking entertainers. To be polite. 2nd, people are sitting and so the ambiance is weird for a popish award show.
