Are you really saying Ultraviolence, the title track, is only on the album because time constraints?

Once I found a blog post about an 'introduction video to lana del rey'... The video was removed but I think is the one who everyone believes is the Carmen video cuz that video [the Carmen one] it's simply titled "LANA DEL REY".
 
But everyone who has the Carmen video says that it was up but taken down quickly, and that "LANA DEL REY" video was up from a really short amount of time in 2011 so... idk
