I keep having dreams about seeing her live, cause it's a month now until her Australian shows!!! I dreamt that I went to her show alone (I'm actually going with a friend irl so idk what happened there) and I was watching the show from this balcony thing. It was at some kind of family festival though and there were lots of kids running around. After the show Lana actually came out and played throwing the ball with some of the kids, but it was on this stairway that I had to walk down to get out. So I was like YES I have no other option than to bump into her. Like, for some reason there were no teens or young adults, and any that were there obviously weren't stans like me. To them she was just another live act performance. But that was good for me haha. So I walked down the stairs and she was at the bottom. I was like "hey! Your show was brilliant! How are you feeling?" And she was pretty happy that someone older than like 8 was talking to her and we chatted for a little bit. And then I asked to get a photo with her. I stuck around for like 10 minutes just chatting with her and it was so casual and genuine. I was so happy haha. I remember her saying something about how nice the atmosphere was at night time in Australia hahahah

I think him and his wife are just a perfect couple. It's so clear that there is an unbreakable bond between them, and that they are so stable and creative together. I love the new song too. I AM waiting for the Lana collab though. Why on earth he wasn't somewhere on LFL I'll never know.

This is pretty much where I would sit too. It would have made the album more 'old lana' so for that reason I'd latch onto it more. But overall it would still be less than Honeymoon and Ultraviolence on my tops. Maybe more than BTD though, equal with Paradise?

SO, let's just say that..... IF Lana had still included BAR on the album, and the album was actually titled Best American Record... Would you like the album more? Where would it sit in your favourites?

Highkey wish they used a more recent song. Old Money, Terrence Loves You or Swan Song would have gone amazing. People who don't Lana well are honestly just gonna be like "oh it's that Young n Beautiful song from 2013, wow theyre using it again??? "

It remains my second favourite lana song because it just digs into my soul. But i do understand why people dont like it due to higher standards. I mean, the song IS messy with the instrumental out of time with her singing. And I know the bridge barely even suits the rest of the song, but it is still unshook as my fave. She will never beat the 'AHHHHaahhhhAHHHahhhAHHHahhhAHHH' vocals in the chorus, or the moaning in the outro. Edit: and yeah people probably dislike it cause of the video flop situation, but Im just glad that one of my top 5 lana songs actually GOT a video
