"Stay Away" by Charli XCX.

My life will be complete the day I will be able to hold Sky's album in my hands. Obviously I am anticipating the work of other artists but Sky is like a goddess to me, I need her album.

Oh, I am reading The Lost Symbol by Dan Brown, after it I will read Eccentrics by David Weeks, then after it I'm reading As Vantagens de Ser Invisível (The Advantages of Being Invisible, in English) by someone I forgot. I want to read Lolita too, and A Midsummer Night's Dream by Shakespeare soon.

So am I, for like three years now. It's really happening this year though.

Can you explain the "-_-"? Congratulations on your friendly attitude when quoting one's mistake.

Me too!

I am still confused whether I should say something or not and say my opinion about this. First of all, I love Gaga, and I have loved her since early 2009. I think Gaga has changed a lot (to the worse) since Born This Way came out. It's nice that she wants everybody to be themselves and she makes them feel accepted, but at least to me, she seems to be so made-up sometimes. It's not really natural, and apparently the fame (no pun intended) has taken over her in a way which she thinks she's powerful enough to come up with whatever speech she wants, and there will still be millions of "Little Monsters" thoughtlessly following it all. I love to be a part of the community of the artists I admire and love, and I used to be on Lady Gaga forums but they are just so filled with immature and stupid fans that I just would rather let it go. I feel so much more comfortable here and around fans of the other artists I love than Gaga. She is a big part of my life and special to me, but I don't think I would stand it if her next album or attitudes were like in the Born This Way era.

Check my post, Bill.

What was BTD originally intended on sounding like?
Jord replied to Hello Heaven's topic in Lana Thoughts
Well, it seems to be that some songs were just reworked because the demos leaked before its release? I mean, why would they put the "This Is What Makes Us Girls" demo lyrics in the booklet if the final version has different lyrics? And I remember in 2011/2012 Lana saying something like "all the versions on the album are different than the leaked ones," so I don't know. She probably had an idea of the album concept and vibe in general so she wanted to rework tracks she did way back, but I believe some "new versions" were done because of the leaks. I'm just supposing, though. -
Hey, Lolita, hey!

I wouldn't mind if we only got a release next year because I am still far from enjoying Born to Die, Paradise, Lana Del Ray and Sirens at the point of getting "bored" of them and wanting something new.

"Kill Kill" vs. "Queen of the Gas Station."

You're right. Maybe I worded it wrong. I don't mean really uncomfortable, it's more that she doesn't look cheery/happy (as you said), and it makes me sad. I don't think she records songs laughing and being totally cheerful, but I don't know, maybe it wasn't the idea I subconsciously had about her recording.
-
She looks so uncomfortable and that is ruining the whole thing for me.

"Is It Wrong?" vs. "Last Girl on Earth."

Oh, I didn't know "Tongue Tied" had leaked. "You Don't Know Me" is actually called "The New Black," from 2008, and "Solemate" is just called "Shoe Hump," it was supposedly on a promo label CD.

America's Sweetheart - "Afraid"/"Dangerous Girl."

At least we already have the Ferrari video with the song in it, I mean, I guess that's cool enough for a song that not only is a bonus track, but it's an iTunes Store bonus track.

Yo, Lana, yo.

I don't love it so much more than Animal, but I definitely think it's more diverse and a development in terms of making her music better.

10/10: The nostalgic feeling and the atmosphere of the album is just perfect.
