I still don't understand why a label like Interscope, who has Gaga,Madonna, Fergie, etc. signed wouldn't want for Lana to release anything controversial ? Why not release the original UV video ? It could've gotten quite a lot of bad press but it wouldn't have hurt the album and single sales

I don't think LDR5 will be a very dark album. I mean, every Lana album has a dark/sad feel to it but it seems to me that she's been quite happy these last few months and that has for sure influenced her writing and music. Just judging from the only song we know ( ) about -Young And In Love- we may be getting a more care free record this time around. I'm so here for a happy album

A controversial music video for UV wouldn't have been bad press, if people talked about it, heard the song, saw the video the album could've done much better commercially. I don't understand why Interscope would block the video but thought HBTB would be a good first single
