  1. I remember seeing a guitar in the corner of her bedroom on Instagram live recently (I can't for the life of me remember which one it was), but I wonder if she plays with it. I'd love for Alabama trailer park Lizzy to make her return
  2. All I know is that the piano has been used and abused at this point. Bring back the guitars please sweet baby jebus
  3. I forgot I even made this thread lol 1. Only Son of the Ladies Man - Father John Misty 2. Heat Wave - Marilyn Monroe 3. Wonderful Baby - Don McLean 4. In The Pines - Jackson C. Frank 5. Tammy - Debbie Reynolds 6. High Noon - Tex Ritter 7. Garden of Flowers - Peggy Seeger, Irene Scott 8. World Princess Part II - Grimes 9. Liberta - Ennio Morricone 10. Honeyspider - The Smashing Pumpkins
  4. Cruel World could be 10/10 if it didn't repeat itself so much. Honestly you could cut down the song by a minute then it would be perfect
  5. 1. Kill Kill 2. Off To The Races 3. Gods and Monsters 4. Brooklyn Baby 5. Salvatore 6. White Mustang (drag me, idc) 7. Doin' Time 8. Tulsa Jesus Freak 9. Interlude - The Trio I didn't add Sirens cause that's strictly May Jailer content
  6. I've literally never seen the gif on top before, but this just further proves that Lana is the one with a f00t fetish
  7. Mary's in the sky would be cute too
  8. Not me thinking the blonde woman on her phone case was Francesco's mother Franca
  9. Chucky's making birthday cake attacking a woman on a subway
  10. French Restaurant would have been perfect on BB
  11. I Can Fly gets shitted on so much. There was a time when I didn't like it either, but my goodness was I wrong. It's so beautiful. The lyrics resonate with me on a personal level. I'm not sure of it would have fit on BB, but I hope Lana makes a new album around the sound of it
  12. I've never really understood why people have a problem with him dressing the way he does. I think culturally, men in the UK are more comfortable and open with being more feminine than in America, which is why I think the way he dresses isn't being perceived well across the pond. Obviously there's always a chance his label was like "okay dress like this to get more attention from fans and news outlets etc", but what if he genuinely does just like to dress that way? As far as I know, people don't have to be gay or queer to dress more feminine. Also this isn't an attack on you or anything, I like you. I'm just curious about the whole thing in general
  13. Can't remember if I posted in here but anyways Ariana Grande Sia Olivia Rodrigo Nicki Minaj The 1975 Meghan Trainor Ed Sheeran Billie Eilish The Weeknd Kanye West Bebe Rexha Drake Halsey Charli XCX Shawn Mendes Dua Lipa Tori Kelly Lorde Harry Styles Little Mix Jess Glynne Iggy Azalea Zara Larsson and probably more because music is shite these days
  14. This is a very interesting take, and I somewhat agree when you consider a few things. 2) Perhaps Lana felt it was important to put the song on the album given that Chuck was expecting (so in a way, Sweet Carolina and CB intertwine with each other which also explains the placement on the tracklist) - both about babies? Motherhood? Baby blues? 3) Angelina def sounds like a name Lana would name her kid (Lana is religious and likes angel imagery for example). I'm not sure if she knows anyone IRL with the name? We can only speculate Overall the CB lyrics have always intrigued me. For all we know she could have written the song about JonBenet Ramsey (beauty queen/lana) etc which is a funny stretch but hey, you never know!
  15. but the cherry coke you serve is fine
  16. the fans - made it way deeper than it is. Honestly this is the problem with Lana stans, they think WAY too deeply about albums in general and anyone who doesn't like an album are the scum of the earth to them
  17. I definitely agree. It does seem like the lyrics of Lana's recent work (after LFL) sound like journal entries than lyrics. Even when you read the lyrics in front of you, they're structured like excerpts from a poetry book. I do think the issue is that the lyrics are becoming more personal than ever before which explains why it's getting harder to relate to. Lana is singing about her life, but it's too personal to the point where we the listeners can't insert ourselves into that 'world' without feeling like we're being invasive. Her old lyrics were vague enough when the stories she told could literally apply to anyone, which is why the listeners could fully immerse themselves in that world, much like an escapism.
  18. COCC wasn't a bad album but yeah BB doesn't have any ~true~ skips. I'm still not keen on WW but I can handle not liking one song out the ones I do like
  19. I agree with the LDR song option on our profiles. I want everyone to know that Yayo Paradise is the best song in her discography.
  20. This makes more sense. At first I thought Sean, but he seems like the type who also drives a truck so why would he get her to give up her truck? Unless it's symbolic and Lana meant 'my new truck for horses', the 'horses' being the country and he's trying to get Lana to distance herself from her life to his (L.A - Oklahoma)
  21. key limes and perfume and edibles*
  22. Don't put such beautiful thoughts in my head. I know I'll be disappointed when we don't get it
