..Well, when I had some problems with the products I had, they couldn't help me and were pretty much useless. I may be dumb but their newer versions of iTunes aren't that easy to use imo like the earlier ones were. Customer service makes a company,afaic. Just saying my personal experiences with them...

I've only owned one Apple product (Nano, years ago), I don't have an iPod anymore. Stopped using it because the software and the customer service was awful, imo. I wouldn't even know how to use an iPhone if i got one, tbh..

I agree with the people on here saying the crowds are mental. I had to leave during National Anthem because I was getting seriously squished by some bloke behind me. I kept jutting my butt out to keep him from absolutely crushing me but he didn't take the hint... At least I got to the merch stand a bit earlier than most though..

Interesting there's a thread made asking this, as I saw a lipstick shade called Burning Desire yesterday. I hope she doesn't go down that route, it's really overdone. If she does, I hope she wouldn't use vanilla because everyone puts that damn scent in their perfumes.
