Personally I liked the Love video because of it's positivity and I thought it somehow fit the tone of the song, but LFL was boring. The CGI scenes on the sign were cool but it would have been better if it were one of many scenes, not the only thing going on. Not really worth the time or money to create imo

He's a very big name director whose signature style is surreal and kind of creepy, very film-noir. Blue Velvet is actually a cover of a song from his movie of the same name. Google Twin Peaks or Mulholland Drive, they should give you a good idea of his style. I think Paradise is very Lynch too, Gods And Monsters and Yayo especially

Also, Lynch is a huge music fan so they can hang around more and he can influence the direction for LDR6 and we will get a beautiful mystical record

I didn't mind Khalid's part but it made me realize how much I don't really like SZA's voice

I sort of wish Lana didn't become so attached to certain friends and artists, like once she made one video with Rich Lee she had to make 2 more. Same thing with Chuck and photography, she's worked with so many photographers and i'm sure more would love to work with her but she stuck with Chuck for the LFL cover & other promo pics and they didn't turn out as good as some of her other stuff. I'll make an exception for Neil Krug though, I hope they never stop working together. Personally I would love for Lana to work with a female video director for the next video

I would love a Tropico-style short film directed by David Lynch. In fact, he should have directed Tropico. I always thought Paradise had a distinctly Lynchian vibe. But he could make anything work

Me too! With full on girl group choreography, sort of like the beginning of LFL, but in front of a big crowd at a Woodstock style festival

For some reason GF I could associate visuals with, more of her songs usually do. But I imagined her and the dancers/two other girls performing the beginning/chorus like a 60's girl group to a big crowd of people, then them leaving and driving to a paradise, with rainbows and palm trees and a vintage looking filter over the video. Then, at the end, Lana is at a beach in her "girl group" costume, it shows her walking into the ocean, and ends with her blissfully floating in the water

Some more theories after watching E2 (I hope you guys are enjoying my ramblings I just have no other outlet to discuss AHS lmao) -The neighbors moving in across the street seems to support that Kai is surrounding the Mayfair-Richard's lives to target/recruit them. They are definitely in on it. - confirms to me that Ivy is gaslighting Ally. She is conveniently never around when things happen. -I'm not sure yet what's going on with the therapist but I think Kai may have also been a client of his at some point, he could have stolen files to find out more about Ally's phobias -There seems to be a pattern in the characters names, like Winter and Meadow and even Ivy. Maybe they choose new names for themselves after joining the cult?

My ranking is Hotel > Coven > Cult > Freakshow > Asylum > MH (excluding Roanoke bc there wasn't a traditional intro) My favorite theme remix is Freakshow, I love the creepy toy box noises. The strings in the Hotel intro were pretty, too. I think Cult's opening is the scariest so far, though. I watched it after eating an edible the other night and the guy pulling the rabbit carcass out of the hat really got to me lmao

Winter is clearly trying to weed her way into the inner workings of the family, whether it be via Oz or Ally. I think Winter was trying to see if Ally would be responsive and initiate sex or a relationship with her if provoked so she could have a permanent connection to the family for now or for blackmail material
