I feel that way about Groupie Love, the chorus is too monotonous for me -
Listened to the EP in full while paying attention finally and she's a strong songwriter with great vocals but IMO something is missing from it and I'm not sure what, I think her lyrics show her age sometimes and make you remember you're listening to a 10th grader
-
The reputation theme is corny :/ She always just plays off of what the media says about her, the idea is unoriginal now
-
Groupie Love and Love. I don't hate either of them, I think i just got tired of overplaying them when they don't have amazing replay value and now I always skip them

What I'm not understanding is that people use LFL as evidence that Lana isn't making "depressed" music anymore...people, the record is not happy. Not sure what album y'all are listening to but the one I have is dark, atmospheric and full of meaningful lyrics. The album is hopeful for a better, happier future, but knows we aren't quite there yet. That's why she cut Yosemite in the first place. These lyrics have less of a mourning feeling to them than others because it isn't as focused on Lana herself and her relationships. I think what you want is for Lana to continue pining for lost love with men that aren't good for her. I agree that the music was beautiful when she was singing about those things but she is growing and expanding her horizons as an artist. Don't confine her to one topic. This is not happy Lana. This is self-aware, politically aware, hopeful, confident Lana. A happy album is Songs in the Key Of Life by Stevie Wonder. -
I hear the word motherfucker at 1:55 but nothing else is audible

WCS is a bop and a half as was most of Bangerz, an underrated masterpiece

Billboard also told us: New album will have 13 songs The album is done There will be bonus tracks A visual album will accompany it with dialogue to connect all the happenings of the album Her new tour will have the concept reflected and will be set up like a ballet, with intermissions and choreography

Kodak Yellow is just a ripoff of "No Flockin", there's barely any differences. She does have a cool flow though. Liked her better as a viner

I haven't seen anyone else talk about this here, so i want to, I may be pulling a Graham here so bare with me.. The release of this album is SO FUCKING SYMBOLIC! We all know by now the pain Kesha was going through prior to making this album and the abuse she endured under her producer, which worst of all blocked her from her passion: creating music. She even lost her case trying to free herself from his hold on her craft and we all saw her sob in court when that verdict was read. Now that Luke is out of Sony here she is, naked on the album cover (a bold statement from a rape survivor reclaiming her body) and singing about redemption, forgiveness, letting go of the past, and owning who you are and being proud. I may not love every track on this album but I love the story behind it and I will continue to support Kesha forever. She is one of the strongest and most underrated women in music.

Wow this contrived ass persona REALLY does not translate well beyond her Youtube, or she's just a really uncreative and boring person with her answers This reminded me of an adult talking to a shy 4 year old

As far as I know it's just the single cover, it came with the announcement of the new song on Friday which is the title track
