she really changed me as a person (i'm a teenager, no judging ), she gave me a different perspective on things. i wouldn't be the same person i am if it weren't for lana. i truly relate to what she says a lot of the time, especially born to die, i know what it's like to worry about people all the time, and i was overjoyed when i found someone who is like me. i think me and lana are very similar in terms of our personalities, i love having different personas and alter egos, it's so fun. she's inspired me with my art, my music, my writing, just so many things.
 
and then there's the fact that i think lana is a bit of an artistic genius. she's a beautiful woman, both inside and out and i just love so many things about her. seeing her really did make my year, she's the only celebrity i've met with any interest, everything about her interests me.

Everyday when I get home and there's nobody else in the house (except my cat and I think this is the reason why she's nearly deaf), I go in the bathroom where it's really echo-y and I sing on the top of my voice to the live version of Million Dollar Man. I've managed to get myself to believe I sound really cool, just like Lana but once I recorded myself just out of curiosity and... I don't want to talk about it

The polarizing pop ingénue took the stage looking like vintage Cher in a flowing, blood red gown with golden bodice and nearly black hair, looking very Bob Mackie-does-Grecian-goddess. Screams. A few songs in she told her band, "Lets do 'Blue Jeans,'" Screams. Fortunately, the flower crown ladies knew every single sigh and sang along, loudly, with LDR occasionally ceding a line to her rapt fans — which almost made up for how quiet and thin the sound was during her set. In the last year, her command of her voice has finally caught up to her ambition and star power — the delicacy of her baroque, operatic flourishes were in stark relief against the maniacal grunting of Trent Reznor, which punctured those swelling strings and sighs of longing from three blocks away. black beauty sounds more like it's about k imo. the only thing that points to it being about barrie is the part about dying her hair but maybe she died her hair darker when she was younger? she also died her hair brown from platinum blonde around...2011? so maybe it's about a guy she dated before barrie since they started dating in august 2011 but i think they may have only started seriously dating sometime mid to late 2012. she was still sleeping on her ex's couch in 2012 and we only started seeing them together regularly late 2012. all of that black leather wedding dress and black house doesn't sound very barrie-esque to me, he's a grungey cowboy. i'm not sure who black beauty is about, maybe k, maybe jimmy, maybe arthur, maybe another guy that was depressed and into heavy metal/rock.

She wants K to give heaven a try, maybe its refrencing that theyll be angels forever not matter wether he got into heaven or not he was still her angel? Idk
 
I feel sorry for barrie, i would feel hell bad hearing thise songs, pretty on par with like reading her diary lol
Black beauty sounds like she's depressed with the relationship, she seems happy with barrie he dosent seem like he would be so dark and unloving towards her

So maybe she and Jimmy never had a relationship but he knew she liked him but he mainly wanted to support her music so that's why she facebooked him Yayo? Because obviously You're Gonna Love Me is partially about him, "Jim, I'mma dedicate this whole album to you/You told me to get my way, that's exactly what I'm gonna do" - he told her to do her own thing and maybe Yayo was the start of the AKA era, so she sent it to him because she wanted to show him that he had a positive effect on her career.
 
 
I still think Radio is about Jimmy though, when she talked about it she was also talking about people "coming out of the woodworks", so maybe what she meant with him coming back was that he changed his mind, which brings me to Gods & Monsters. She's obviously written a lot of songs about their imaginary relationship and now he's interested in her because life imitates art. It also fit with her stalking admiring him from afar, "a groupie incognito posing as a real singer" and "If I get a little prettier, can I be your baby?". She literally made herself prettier (lips and so on).

Don't worry, there is footage from the trailer park days, and Stefani will ALWAYS suck!

Lana's ~mysterious persona~ is what draws me (and I think a lot of other people) to her, it's just so intriguing.
